I know, I bought two XboxOneX consoles, played through gears series and Halo series again, now they’re just 4K Blu-ray players and dust catchers, everything else I either play on PC or PS4pro

No, Sony does’t need a game pass. Majority of Sony games are worth full price on day 1. They don’t need to give away the farm to attract and keep new customers like some. Sony is still in the business of making games and not services, which I greatly appreciate
It should be, they stumbled around all gen long with Xbox One - coming out the gate weaker AND more expensive, phoned in the end of this gen(game-wise)then bought up a crap ton of talent for next gen. I want to take their word for it, but I’ve learned to believe it when I see it w/ MS. Im not big on services, just amazing games worth the full price of admission for me - if they’re worth it. I’m hoping for a resurgence for Halo, an amazing and complete new Fable, and teasers for a few new IPs their studios are working on to get excited for wouldn’t hurt a bit.
I DO love Xbox despite the hard time I give them. I AM super excited for NextGen and new games for sure! So, future mobile games will play well on this. Big Online Multiplayer games or Soulsborne games where reaction speed is essential to gameplay - will be a no go for serious players, or those with less than perfect internet. Remember when $60 used to buy you a complete game with every unlockable - cosmetic or otherwise, available through gameplay?No updates required to patch/fix a day 1 broken game you’ve already shelled out the money for. RDNA2 architecture does not exist on the current market. I do expect to see things on a console we’ve never seen before, possibly beating some mid to high-end PCs even.

This series was always great in concept but never fully came together gameplay or story wise for me. The open world settings are always beautiful and parkour feels fun for a bit, but missions are too repetitive/grindy, and the overall story-arc is flimsy at best, so it’s always hard to care about the protagonist In pretty much any AC game. Seems like UBI is copying Sony w/ God of War on this one. With no MAIN entries in places like Spain, India, Italy, Russia, Brazil, post revolutionary-war America, or ANY Asian countries, just seems like they could’ve chosen a lot of other settings/assassin styles that have not been done recently in already amazing games like GOW.
My game of the generation (performance aside). I would absolutely treat this game like brand new and spend many hours over again to experience this at 4K60hz. Might be a long shot, but this deserves to happen for PS fans, and newcomers could still be enticed to play with a patch like this🤔 could see a resurgence in purchases like Witcher 3 did when it came to Netflix 💵
Looks cool to me, reminds me of a refresh of NBA Jam style graphics and hopefully plays like an old school SNES wrestling game. Arcade style fun looks awesome!

To the question posed in the title of the article, NOPE! More of a barbarian culture, not the quiet assassin type combat-wise. Looks like another graphical showcase with uninspired world and story telling from UBISOFT - which is what they do best in my personal opinion
