it's probably for the best that i can't get it at the moment, since my internet provider is having issues, and i'm suffering less than 1mbps download speeds right now. it's fricking AWFUL. i've been bitching at them for days to fix it, but to no avail.
watching movies on Netflix and Hulu have been a pain the past few weeks. i'm paying for a super fast connection, and i'm getting shit. they better credit my next bill, that's for certain.
I absolutely LOVE the Silent Hill series (i still play them on my BC PS3 every few months, as my wife loves to watch me play them), and i've been disappointed in the non-Team Silent entries (although Origins wasn't god awful, and Shattered Memories was an interesting re-imagining, despite it's issues; Homecoming was SHIT. period).
this new one sounds legitimately interesting, and i'm definitely going to pick it up, as i'm a slave for everything Silent Hill...
it's absolutely KILLING me that i can't get LBP2 or DC Universe Online this month.
i'm going to have to wait until February for LBP2, which means i can't get Killzone 3 until well after March, and DCUO later still.
unfortunately, there are so many awesome PS3 exclusives hitting nearly every month, that i'll be playing catchup all year. i'll be damned if i can't get inFAMOUS 2, Uncharted 3, Resistance 3, and The Last Guardian on day...

I've loved the first two Resistance games.
Insomniac isn't afraid to try new things with their titles, and Resistance 2 tried a few different things. Some things worked really well, others people bitched about.
I didn't care much for the two weapon system, but I thought the rest of the game was really good, and the co-op was addicting.
I don't understand what people consider to be a "bad" FPS campaign.
