What?
You saying the reason to own a PS4 is to play a looks-like-another-generic-3rd -person-cover-shooter?
Err, no.
I have my PS4 for the rare great games, like MGS.
PC for everything else.
No it isn't.
It's a mid-ranged PC from 2009/10, that just has the devs optimizing for it. Aka actually trying.
People are amazed at what ND "can do". I'm not. They have a direct comms with and are backed 100% by Sony themselves. Almost every other company is 3rd party basically.
ND have Sony just feet away to ask questions about coding etc.
With the new consoles being more like PCs than you could eve...
MS does TV - everybody laughs and mocks.
Sony does TV - it's the best thing ever.
Console owners - moronic hypocrites since 2005.
Nobody won.
All we saw was pre-rendered trailers and pre-recorded "gameplay". Look at Sunset Overdrive. 100% pre-recorded. Absolutely no way he was pulling off those moves and that accuracy live.
Also, more lies from Sony and MS. Batman was running on PC. Guarantee The Witcher was as well.
Wouldn't be surprised if The Order was running on PC as well.
Way number 1:
Give us something other than boring Mario and Zelda and maybe I'll be interested.
Play numbers have decreased on PC for a reason.
The game is really boring after a week or so. Map size is 100% irrelevant when ALL the action takes place around key buildings/structures, and the game literally turns into a hallway shooter, except you have 500 people trying to get through and defend the same hallway.
It's such a boring game.
Doesn't stop console owners from being adamant their hardware is superior.
I do get a laugh every time I see that argument though.
Pre-rendered CGI.
I don't care what they say at ND. There is no way that was in-game. In-engine maybe, but not in-game.
Only so much you can do with dated hardware.
Just more proof that PC is always better.
It's not in-game.
And it won't look as good on release, 100% guaranteed. The PS4 isn't powerful enough.
"In-engine" isn't "in-game", only a console idiot would think this game will look "as good" while actually playing it.
TLOU did the same thing, where the cutscenes looked MILES better than actual gameplay.
You console idiots are so deluded and naive.
Haha and people think Uncharted, The Division and The Order etc will look "as good" on release.
Console owners are so naive.
It's pre-rendered footage and not in-game for god sake.
I really hope this VR crap goes away quickly.
Like 3D TVs, nothing but a gimmick that will rarely get used, but hey, slap on a couple extra £100s for the privilege.
It's limited and useless. Everything I've seen so far for VR tech is just unimpressive and dumb looking.
Yeah they said that about The Last Of Us too.
Look how that turned out.
Finished it. Bored with it. No reason to get it again.
This is cash-in on console idiots, and a PC version for those that rightfully don't want a console.
I don't think anyone won E3.
Nothing "new" was shown. Nothing screamed next-gen at all.
Just nothing but fluff, PR bollocks and teasers, with BARELY any gameplay at all.
Pre-rendered CGI trailers that console gamers think is in-game footage.
The only thing that stood out at all for me was the Witcher 3 gameplay. And even then it proved the game had been downgraded since reveal, and basically looks like The W...
The trailer is CGI pre-rendered footage for god sake.
No chance that is in-game footage.
So when the PS4 version runs at 30 FPS, "not exactly what you'd call demanding" won't be brought up I guess.
Because, you know, that makes the PS4 look like a stinking, aged brick.
