If you're reading the score before reading the review, you're doing it wrong.
Score is just the icing. You should read the text and develop an informed opinion.
Something consoles gamers fail to do at times.
Having played both on PC, Metro is an awesome series full of horror moments that genuinely scare.
A true diamond in the rough overlooked by many and cherished by the few that did play them.

100+ FPS @ 120hz is so much smoother than 60 FPS.

If it doesn't work properly on consoles, PC won't see the benefit for ages.
Devs can only program to the lowest hardware, in this case consoles. So while DX12 benefits PC more, we won't really see those benefits as the engine code will only take it so far before the consoles can't hack it.

It's of course amazing, just not what it was hyped to be. The 60 FPS was a lie.
So you have 1, maybe 2 exclusives on consoles that will never come to PC, that PC players are ACTUALLY jealous of. Metal Gear Solid 5 is the only other one I can think of, and is arguably the sole reason I have my PS4.
While we PC crowd have the biggest games in the world (such as League of Legends, Star Craft, Counter Strike etc), played by the most people, watched online by the most people, played for to win money, and have more users than the consoles combined.
