Sony consoles have ALWAYS been bigger for fighters than the competition since the PS1 days. Even when some Sony-exclusive fighting game franchises have gone multiplat, they still have their largest and most dedicated fans on Sony's machines, like Tekken and Soul Calibur. Plus, the standard Sony controller layout is waaaaaaay better for fighters than MS's.
FLORIDA, PLEASE!! I've been wanting one in Florida forever and I've posted a bazillion times the reasons why. There'd be so much stuff that could be done, like the Everglades, the theme parks, Washington Avenue, Cape Canaveral, CUBA...
Seriously, it has so much more potential than New Orleans.
SSX is fun as hell, great game for the XBox fans.
Ps4 gets it first AAA title and an awesome indie in Secret Ponchos and PS3 gets FOUR AAA titles. AWESOME Christmas month for us, there is no reason to complain. The people complaining are XBox fanboys, pure and simple.
Let the FarCry 4 sales-destroying freebie binge commence!
Sega should retire Sonic for a while, say five years, and focus on other franchises. Sega has more dormant IPs than pretty much every other gaming company. They should bring back stuff like Streets Of Rage, E-SWAT, Golden Axe, Alex Kidd, Shinobi, Dynamite Cop... hell, what are they waiting for to make a new-gen Virtua Fighter?
Good to see XB1 catching up. Competition is always healthy. The fact is that this Christmas' biggest games (COD, Dragon Age, Assassin's Creed) have historically been franchises associated with the XBox brand, so it's getting a lot of help from that. But Sunset Overdrive, a new IP, is also getting both good reviews and sales.
I'm a PS guy, always have been, but the better the XBox brand does, the better the PS brand needs to do to keep up, so we all win
Deep Silver has a great sale going on PSN right now, with 75% discounts and even 85% for PS+ members. I got the Dead Island bundle: the original, Riptide and all their DLC for $9. That is a STEAL.
Hell no, San Andreas is WAY more massive in scale than GTA5. 5 doesn't have San Fierro or Las Venturas, and the amount of stuff you could do in the game was ridiculous. Not to mention that San Andreas was WAY funnier.
I'm a Sony customer, have been since the PS1, but I have to give all the credit in the world to the Forza team, cause Forza looks AMAZING compared to DriveClub. Congrats on the sales bump and on releasing a game that rightfully sells consoles.
Rational reaction: realize that the early access stamp was probably given in error, contact Steam, Steam realizes mistake and makes correction.
This guy's reaction: badmouth the service that's giving your game exposition and a sales platform, death threaten the boss of the service, get banned and your game not see the light of day and zelf-implode your career as a game developer.
Yeeeeeeah, I don't have any sympathy for this guy.
Microsoft's multi-BILLION purchase of Mojang proves that indie gaming is BIG, and whoever says otherwise is deluded. The best indie studios make creative, fun and often critically acclaimed games with modest budgets, so they're a very attractive idea for big publishers. The XB1 fanboys (not the players, the FANBOYS, there IS a difference) keep blasting Sony for catering to indies when MS had the head start of that with XBL Arcade, but then they dropped the ball with their stricter pub...
Yeah, it's not like Microsoft just made a multi-BILLION dollar purchase of an indie game studio. Indie gaming is TOTALLY worthless!
Ubisoft certainly are a many-headed beast, aren't they? Some of their dev teams say the PS4's an outstanding machine, while others say it's not able to handle many of the graphic and programming functions optimally. This is all just making them seem dishonest and schizophrenic.
You can frankenstein a rig together that's much better than the specs of this thing at that price. Not to mention that, yes, you can make a rig with basically the exact specs as a PS4 for cheaper. but that rig WON'T run better than a PS4 because it's a general purpose machine that has to juggle many functions and software simultaneously, while a PS4 is optimized from its hardware to its OS to run games. Console gaming is a happy medium between price and performance, while PC gamin...
Hey, Sega, here's a crazy idea for you: RELEASE YAKUZA 5, YOU FUCKS. Stop making Sonic happen in 3D, he has sucked every fucking time. Yakuza started great and has only gotten better with each installment.
How is it that FarCry 4, a game with a larger and faster-traversed world with dynamic enemy AI, animals and buttloads of exploration reaches 1080p, while Assassin's Creed Unity does not? It still baffles me.
I would LOVE for it to be set in Florida. My reasons:
-Two words: DISNEY WORLD. Obviously they won't use the ACTUAL Disney World, but they could still have a huge amusement park to explore, and maybe even have an amusement park-themed vault underneath it. Imagine a Vault populated by insane clowns, mascot-dressed maniacs and a Walt Disney-like administrator.
-The Everglades. Mutated rednecks, giant-ass alligators, hovercraft, frog legs, the works.

I disagree. The line's REALLY thin between fanservice and exploitation, and when that line is crossed it can suck a lot of the enjoyment of a game. Bayonetta is on the fanservicey side of the line, with the sex appeal being an integral part of the character and even in gameplay. She IS a witch, after all, and the classic non-crone type of witch, which is femininity unleashed, a woman feared by men becaise she's sexually liberated and more powerful than the men. On the other side of th...
This literally was THE best moment of the show as far as I'm concerned. I literally have no voice right now from the insane amount of cheering I did. Yakuza is my favorite Sega franchise ever and easily amongst my top 5 in all of gaming, and I was DEVASTATED that Sega wasn't gonna bring it stateside.
And then Sony goes" Screw you, Sega, if you're not bringing it, we are!" and made me cry manly tears of awesome.
Pictures VERY MUCH related...
