You dont have friends on your list that you play said game with? Doesnt take long to build up a nice list of folks who play well,respect one another,etc. Or maybe you prefer to curse,discuss racy topics,etc..No problem as your among a group thats fine with that. Simply play with them and use party chat or a closed game. Im not a prude and have been known to say a naughty word or two ;)

I bought it for $40.00 not that it matters.I WAS going to plunk down $60.00 for it if not for a sale. I was still playing L4D fairly often after buying it last year.
Value is always subjective.Whats worth 10 bucks to you may only be worth 5 to me or vice versa.
That being said,i cant help but be in a comical mood when informed by someone (who obviously isnt a fan of the franchise to start with) whats a ripoff and whats not.

If/When my daughter ever plays on LIVE,she will not use the mike and shouldnt have to read about people using profanity to describe themselves (IE "im the sh!t"). She also shouldnt have to read about what gets someone off in the sack.I dont care if your into girls,guys,trees,barnyard follies,etc. Thats your business and it should remain that way.
Well thats the dirty little secret.The Wii doesnt need added "value" packaged in to sell.Simply lowering it 50 bucks after a launch years ago was enough. Went by my local Wal mart again today for groceries.They had 3 Slims and 5 360's (all Arcade models). Not a Wii in sight.
Sad aint it? This is coming from one of the dozen or so people in the country who doesnt own a Wii.
Yeah.Gamestop has L4D2 for $20 off right now.So that makes the PC $30 and the 360 version $40.
I recall getting L4D for 10 bucks off last year around this time there too.
Picked it up yesterday and its great.The levels are much more creative.
Those guys are likely buying it from the Military PX/Exchange. I doubt those sales are being calculated into this.
I wouldnt say its a sign the 360 is going to thrive in Japan. Unless the Japanese just go ape over Natal, MS will continue to have a tough go over there.
But considering how poorly the 360 sells in Japan,making their top 10 list in game sales is impressive IMO.
We just bought Super Mario Wii for our two nephews this morning.Its one of the first Wii games i'd personaly like to play (loved the original).
Its broad age appeal doesnt surprise me that its making a strong showing.
Its sad that only the Nintendo titles on both lists have games that are actually kid friendly.I dont think 10 year olds should be playing AC2,L4D2,MW2...etc
I like getting achievements, but the newer "avatar awards" are even better.
I refuse to "buy" virtual clothing so its neat to get a achievement that nets you some dress up items.
