Looks like space core to me.
While I enjoyed P2, I think I ultimately enjoyed the first one better. The first one was clean and simple. Of course, P2 isn't going to be able to recreate the big surprise, but I would have been perfectly happy with more test chambers, another escape, and more GlaDOS.
Still enjoyed the hell out of it, but really did feel like a different game.
2nd one was WAY better than the first. They had a good idea, but it hadn't been polished up yet. With II, they fixed a lot and the game was on a whole new level. I thought Brotherhood made further improvements, but probably had a bit too much busy-work to hide the fact there isn't that much going on. Still enjoyed it a lot. Revelations though, even less going on and it seemed like they reached too far in adding new stuff, and just didn't work.
The ending of the main game was pretty anti-climactic with all the build-up through the game, but you can tell they learned A LOT after the game launched. With the exception of Moxxi's, the DLC was much better than what was in the main game.
What I would love is if you have completed BL2, to be able to skip playthrough 1 on BL3 and jump right into 2. I was disappointed to see they're bringing that back. With 5 characters, isn't there enough replaying?
Why? This is a bit different since most people would be getting this extra character for free anyway. If everyone had to pay for it, it'd be a different story.
I mean, I'm all for them spending all the time they can up to launch finishing it up, but I kinda hoped they'd be done early to get a head start on this. This character interests me more than any of the others and would have liked to have started the game with her.
Awesome that he wants to try. Just don't think it'll get close to being finished. Would love to be wrong though.
Agreed. I don't need or want my game console to be handling all this extra stuff that I already have access to. And then pay them to access it on top of that? Forget that.
I can really see myself playing through the game as 3 of the 4 main characters (not interested in Gunzerker). I only played as Roland the first time. I really wish the Mecromancer would be ready at launch, because I'll do a playthrough with that one too.
Playstation music was midi as well.
It'd be a pretty neat tie-in, but don't think it'll happen that way.
I don't think consoles are going to go anywhere either. There are games today that people complain about the lag between hitting the button on the controller and what you see on the TV. So now they're going to throw in sending the signal to a server and waiting for compressed video to come back? Just won't work on games that require very precise timing.
And much like Blu-rays are a high quality alternative to DVDs or streaming, consoles and PCs with actual ...
Heck yeah. I've got my pre-order in for the Ultimate Loot Chest. Had no idea it would be limited. It's times like that that makes it all worthwhile. Forza's CE is usually limited as well.
The rest winds up being found much cheaper months later, but I don't really buy for the value. I buy to collect.
I wouldn't be surprised if the stuff from the digital edition was included as well. No pictures were sent and neither Amazon or gamestop have it listed on their website yet.
At least Ubisoft is giving us the option now instead of nothing.
Yeah, all I did was made sure I had a full stock of everything. Aura + Haste and I think something else made the game pretty easy.
I don't agree.
For me, VIII took too long for the story to really hook me. It wasn't until they got to space that was finally hooked. The Draw/Stock system was flawed as well. A lot hated it, but it could also be abused to make the game way too damn easy. I did really like the game overall though.
Are you posting from the past? FM4 already came out.
Sweet. I'll be Most Wanted from day 1 since I'll probably be the only person on my friends list who has the game.
Didn't really explain Autolog 2 much. All I know is it was annoying as hell in Hot Pursuit and I hope it can be turned off.
Dated? RE came out less than a year before FFVII. Just because it wasn't first didn't make it dated.
I think it's fair to say the main game is actually a bit boring. Too much text based mission stations. But by the time the DLC came around, they got a better feel for what people liked and the DLC was much better than the main game. I thought the Armory was outstanding. (Mad Moxxi's was pretty much a waste though, except for the bank)
That's not to say the game wasn't fun. It really was. Loot chests all over the place. And again with the DLC, they im...
