There is some racing.
Analog sticks probably work better for most people in that regard.
Did they ever state that everyone will eventually get the PhysicalWarfarePack for free? I only recall them saying that it'd become available.
It assumed it'd be more like a mini-DLC for people to purchase.
I wouldn't be surprised if they added the PWP,SpectAct and DogTags as one mini-DLC package.
EDIT: I see, thanks for the source.
In the quote, you'll find I said "I will defend my choice against someone else's attacks."
so obviously there has to be some provocation or someone bringing up the PC.
... I don't get it.
The author is using the comments from a previous article about CS GO being better on PC as an example... however, those comments weren't necessarily from PC-only gamers. It's kind of unfair to use those comments as proof of how PC gamers behave.
... and the final answer to the question doesn't make sense. Why would someone brag about superiority when they have the shorter end of the stick? Elitism doesn't originate from...
Hacking =/= piracy
I think he's some sort of irony-troll.
Judging from his comments, it seems more like he's trying to purposely act like a PS3-fanboy-on-steroids in order to make them look bad.
... because I have trouble believing that someone can make comments like his and actually be honest about it.
(It still is disheartening to see people agree with him)
Doesn't that warrant the 'overrated' term?
Something is overrated when it gets more praise than it deserves.
Uncharted2 being the most awarded game is kind of why someone would say it is overrated.
Are you (or have you) posted this in the Battlelog forums?
I agree with most of the stuff you've listed.
The damage is something that's leaving me confused too. The damage seems perfect when I shoot someone, but when I'm getting shot at, it's like a one-hit-kill. There's very little time to react to getting shot at.
... and I don't know if consoles had it, but in BC2, during the end-game cutscene, you could still chat with ever...
It only says 'Ultra' but the actual assets aren't there...
Hell, the entire beta looks more or less the same no matter which visual setting you pick.
Only failure I'm seeing is you not knowing how to post youtube videos correctly.
The funny thing is, you didn't even need a password.
You can simply paste a script into google chrome and battlelog will let you play any server (including locked one)

The funny thing is, someone accused MS of paying IGN for that article too!
It's interesting to compare the comments here vs the ones in the link Logic posted.
Someone makes a list of PS3 games here and gets a Well Said.
Someone made a list of 360 games there and got hammered with disagrees. (Well, not really hammered, but still didn't get positively received)
Payday isn't an exclusive.
It's a 4gb download for PC.
O.o
"This is a vanilla, stripped-down, broken example of what Battlefield is about."
This is also what DICE (or EA?) has chosen to showcase the game, so they're either retarded, or this is the direction they're going for.
I have no doubt that with time, BF3 will become an amazing game... but I don't think the launch would be any different than the beta.
@Prodigy
BF3 is supposed to have TDM.
If they want to a...
Meh, the publishers share a hand in it too for generating the hype as well.
... and possibly trying to rush the game.
If this is EA's attempt at trying to steal CoD players, then I don't think it's going to be succesfull.
They would've been better off re-releasing BC2's beta (or well, letting players play PortValdez in its current form for free for a week).
You'd think they might have learned a thing or two by now.
When it comes to internet memes, it's survival of the retardiest.
"but i don't call any review a biased"
I call every review biased.
It's kind of inherent.
I guess I better start pre-loading the game now.
