The artist's concern was that they didn't contact him or anything, and chose to directly copy an element (specifically the 'zigzag') instead of imitating/recreating them.
He wasn't offended/angry at Gearbox.

They're different genres, so you can't directly compare the scores of the two games.
They're also priced differently.
Perhaps having a check-list of some sort to select what to download and an option to move downloads directly to background downloading instead of having to do it manually all the time?
It's a bit irksome to download multiple items (such as the character skins for uncharted 2&3) one by one.
... and even if you do use the 'add to cart' trick, you can't make the downloads happen in background.
Also, I'd prefer if digital downloads...

Starhawk has a server/match browser similar to KZ2, so finding a match shouldn't be that hard.
That, and given the recent patch/update, and the new MP-only deal, the game's population will get a boost too.
So you'll be able to find a match easily if you buy it next week.

You're buying incomplete games anyways with all the DLC milking that has become the norm.
They've delayed the DLC until they can get it working properly, and that has only gotten people angrier.

Sony makes money from sales on the PS Store, and if they want to make more money, they're going to need to improve the UI and features of the store.
PSN being free can be used as an excuse for complaints regarding XMB and online gaming performance, but it is irrelevant when talking about the PS Store.
PS+ section did get redesigned (for N.America at least) after E3.
I like it for now, better than the older version which was archaic.

I agree about the health bar. Completely removes intensity out of the game when you can always cower behind some cover and regrow all your limbs back.
There have been a few games without regenerating health though (ex: MaxPayne3 & Resistance3) but yea, they've been relatively scarce.

Considering that SOE is behind it, it would be a great way to launch a next-gen system with a free-to-play MMOFPS where 2000 players battle it out.
