Not in soviet russia they don't.
Oh dear God I hope not.
There'd be an outburst from the waffle supporters.
My Collection could use a new Half-Life game.
=/
*checks topic about 'Best Racing Games'*
Alpha: "Twisted Metal isn't a racing game."
Jaffe: "We're racing towards alpha."
------------
Coincidence? I think not.
I can't wait till someone perfects cloning.
Then I'll be able to enjoy all my games simultaneously. =)
Unrealistic damage. Would've been a great driving simulation game otherwise.
:D
Are you one of those people that shot him?
They're just reading IGN's review and simply summarizing it. Did they even play the game?
o.o
lol @ "racing simulators aren’t exactly what racing fans are looking for these days ".
@HolyOrangeCows
There's been a couple of "articles" on N4G which have been nothing more than blogs trying to defend GT5 against the critics, how it is being over-nitpicked, overly-complained against, etc.
Some of them I found to be well-written and actually enjoyable to read, despite not being actual news. However, they have started to get old and this one in particular isn't even that well-written.
That's just how I fee...
I'll have to agree with Lenny.
IGN didn't do a proper review, fine. I'm not happy about that either. However, this topic is raised again and again in the past two days and quite frankly, it's reflecting negatively on GT5 fans now.
On one side some people say that they don't care about IGN (or reviews in general), on the other, they seem to be determined to bring IGN down as much as possible due to the review. Almost as if the review is und...
Portal... dystopian? Lolwut?
BioShock, SystemShock, DeusEx (well, sort of), STALKER, Jak2, Metro2033 ... atleast they got Bioshock.
... and Burnout, which is the dystopian world of angry cars that have killed off all the humans and are now fighting amongst each other :x
I use hardline as it is.
People always get ammo crates and I munch them up. :D
Although considering the time it takes to wait for the care package (and they can be shot down) It should be easy to counter.
Air-support isn't much of an issue as it is, so it isn't game breaking.
@visualb
Real tecchies gloat about Linux/Unix and FreeBSD.
I don't have any problem with Apple directly, but its the people that use Apple products that get on my nerves. Most of them simply think expensive is better, and hey, it's fashionable.
Calling other people retarded but not explaining why they're wrong.
True sign of intelligence.
Well, the RC-Car usually only nets you one or two kills, it's like a smart frag gernade.
The SpyPlane (UAV) usually allows you to get more than kills since it just tells you where most of the enemy is hiding at. (and those kills add to your next killstreak)
In that sense, it really isn't that cheap (or atleast, it's not cheap when you realize that almost everything else is cheap too)
You two realize that you look more immature than him, right?
Then again, the internet is serious business.
Hmm, wonder what happens if you lick it.
@below
Vague first sentence that isn't positive regarding Sony?
*licks disagree button repeatedly*
... but they could've easily made repairs free for the lower levels.
Just have it visible and not affect performance for the beginners.

EDIT: I don't know about others, but my to-do list in racing games goes like:
1. Crash everything
2. Learn the tracks and experiment with cars
3. Race like a decent human being
But now I have to do steps 2&3 before doing step1. Boo Hoo. I want the real damage simulator. =...
Argue? Why yes sir.
It isn't stupid.
I hope you enjoyed this argument.
May we meet again.
Re...start?
... Respawn?
Edit: No worries. To Err is human.
Considering that those guys are mostly responsible for making military-shooters so famous, I doubt they'd make something else.
