I'm not believing that the content is anything more than an add-on for ToD. Insomniac stated last year that DLC was in the works for R&C so I don't think this is a separate game. Doesn't matter either way for me, since I'll be all over it! Insomniac rocks...
Why do both of these guy's arms look so ashy?!? EA needs to recapture the magic of Madden/NCAA on PS2. These games have dissapointed for too long.

Man, I was laughing about that too. Dude is b!tchin' about a game that came out 10 years ago. Get a f'ing life, right? GT5 is looking better and better by the day and now that they've put the split screen in Prologue I'm even more excited.

I'd pay full price for that (maybe even a little more) even if they weren't "remade" and just the original games.

Wonder how long it will last. Damn MS for making a faulty system if this price drop happens here in NA! I want one, but I can't justify buying it when it could break on me at any time.
Man, I can't tell you how many themes I've downloaded. Here's another site that has a ton that I've never seen on PSU:

They've even got a program where you can download and create your own instead of the harder way. It's also a decent way to actually preview the themes that don't show much beyond the background online.
One thing I always love about PS3 firmware updates is that they don't always tell us everything that's included. And a lot of times that "extra" stuff is a big deal. It's almost as though you have experiment with it to find all the goodies!
When will people learn that Sony took a gamble that paid off and now look genius for adding BD? One of the "side" selling points for my PS3 purchase was the fact that it would play HD movies. It meant that I didn't have to go out and purchase a separate, expensive (as fack) player. My gaming console came with one!

One thing is for certain, GTA has never been known for it's graphics. I assume the reason why some of these shots look worse than others might be that they are from an older version during development. I won't have any problems with it as long as the graphics don't detract (considerably) from the game.
I just hope they kept the humor. The fact that it is a "present day" game means there won't be the nostalgia of the timeframe (Vice City) or music as an added bonu...
You're both right. It wouldn't surprise me in the least that this game could be ready for summer release, but something makes me think that Insomniac and Sony would like to polish this thing to a high shine (for you jmare) and go toe to toe with Gears of War 2 in November. Not to mention set the PS3 with a killer exclusive for the holiday season.

Are you referring to 480p vs. 1080p?!? I've sold plenty of friends on HD with one push on the remote...the I/O button. I might be reading your post wrong, but I think what you are trying to say is that people won't know the difference between SD and HD. If that is the case than I totally disagree with you.

I agree completely. Most early adopters are not getting the best version of any particular product. Whether it be a vehicle or a BD player. I'm just glad I've got the future-proof PS3 and don't have to worry about this one. Another reason why I'm so glad that consoles have the ability to finally update the firmware!
