These shots look real to me. Damn, I can't wait for this game to drop. I'm going to have to call in sick for a day or two, I think...
This is going to have to be a rental. Can't spend $60 on something that might be good. I just wish that I could trust reviewers more, but D+ to 9.5 is way to large of a range. I did like AC and it got those same crazy scores, so who knows?
As an owner of both PSP and PS3 I'm obviously a little biased, but I feel that remote play and all the other connectivity between the two are vastly underrated. When people talk about the pros and cons or compare consoles the PSP/PS3 "marriage" is never brought up, but since I got my PSP it's definitely something I do (meaning connectivity w/PSP & PS3) all the time.
It's so cool that you can remote play games like PJ Monsters or any PS1 games (anybody for Castl...
A lot of potential buyers are probably waiting since the MGS4 bundle was announced. It will be huge over there and Konami's already sold out of the the new "steel" PS3 bundles exclusive to Japan. I know that I've already told a couple of friends that they might as well wait and pre-order the bundle if that's the game that is pushing them to buy the PS3.
So don't go sticking a game in the system without knowing if there is an update on it. I'm sure those hacker sites will have that info available soon after the game is released.
I've got a hardcore gamer friend who has played both PS2 versions (IOW, he's got some experience with GoW) and he hasn't finished it at the seven hour point. I'd call BS on anything under five hours when pretty much every outlet reviewing it has stated something around that timeframe.
You already can with the right software. Google it...
Not entirely. Sony has already stated that they will release UMD movies that "make sense". More than likely, movies that fall in the same demographic as that of PSP owners. Also, MTV has already stated they will be releasing tv shows and some movies on UMD. There weren't many movies to choose from in the first place, but to say they are all going away is wrong.
Now that is freaky.
Third, but I'd prefer Lulu...
I was just thinking the opposite. That Mario one was definitely more disturbing. This looks hilarious. The bugged out eyes, HUGE upper lip and that LOL little, afterthought ear is too funny. Guarantee we see somebody who makes an avatar out of this...
Man, the only thing that looks like a game in that pic are the guys around the car. Have you seen the last video on PSN this past Thursday? I've been playing GT since #2 (yeah, sue me, missed the first one) and there have been times where I'd say it looked almost real, but that video blew me away. I can't wait for this to drop in April.
Naw R4V, MS didn't make the television! :P
Back at you kr9091. You knocked out the response much shorter and much more quickly than I did!
The bottom line that I don't think anyone here has stated clearly is if you are happy with what you're paying for or getting free? Admittedly I've had a limited amount of time on Live, but I have experienced it enough to know that some things it offers are more than I need or even want.
If I had a large amount of friends that played games or if I actually wanted to chat with other people while trying to play than I probably would pay for some of the things that Live provides. ...
Oh, that was so sweet. Thanks for posting that, man. I would've loved to see that in glorious HD during the Super Bowl or some other big event. That would blow minds as a commercial. It'd be a little long, but they could pare that down into a 2-2:30 spot.
Not only that Bonsai, but the funniest part is that he's basically shilling his product and telling us how and what we want. Last time I checked as a consumer it was I making the decisions based on what was available. If more options open up, great, but if he's trying to say that boxed retail games are going to dry up, he's f'in crazy or stupid. More DD hot air.
Oh, and the best part of what he says is that the PC is the gaming machine of the future. Loved that part!
Oh, don't get your panties all twisted the f'in site wouldn't work for me either and I'm in NA.
Um...ok. So we'll see something about a hack in another 6 months when Sony has already issued a few more firmware updates?
BTW 2.2 is dropping within the next few weeks anyhow...
The Turdman guy hasn't been impressing me much of late. Now that I've unfortunately wasted the few minutes it took to read this guys drivel, I'll attempt to let anyone here know not to waste their time doing the same. Basically he's b!tching about reporting on the EA/Take Two merger and then unexpectedly is forced to do just that after updating this cheese and whine rant with an update by EA. What a doofus...
