In-game music is already "available". It's up to the dev's to decide whether or not they want to support it. Some PSN and PS3 games have utilized it thus far.
The thing that kind of cracks me up about this story is that we are pretty certain (with good reason) that in-game XMB and Home will be "launching" at the same time. If this is true than we can also assume that we wouldn't be seeing in-game XMB until after the open beta for Home is completed. The open beta will start soon (assumed with more of that "good reason") and that will take a few MONTHS before it's completed and Home is actually released. I'm putting my money on...
I thought it really odd when I saw a story for GTAIV on the main page and no comments had been made. After reading the WHOLE thing I now understand why no one had yet commented. Jeez, that sh!t was long, but interesting. I've been playing the GTA's since #2 on the PS1 and I remember anticipating III so much. I wasn't disappointed one bit with any of the last gen GTA's.

While it is easy to condemn the military medical community, it actually starts further up the chain than that. I'm not going into the politics of this. Um...probably because more than half the world doesn't have broadband. Or that the storage to store said media has A LOT of growing to do before you'd get my 200+ DVD collection (let alone the BDs, games, music, etc. I own) on it. Or the very simple fact that A LOT of people:
1. Want the disc in their hands.
2. Have no clue what a digital download is.
3. There are more people/places in NA that still don't have HD televisions,...

I agree that re-reviewing doesn't exactly send the right message to devs, but if it gets the rare game fixed because of numerous bad reviews, than I'm all for it. Anyone remember Lair?
This game has had my interest since I saw the tech demo. It was a very compelling demo and blew my mind with the "reality" of it. I hope the game can capture some of that and look great. Anyone heard of a tentative release date? I don't think they've announced one yet, but wasn't sure.

If, and this is a big if, there is/was a shortage it was because of MS not because of demand. How is it I can come to this conclusion? Because they sold less 360's last year than during '06. Year 2 and they sold less systems.

Thanks, Adam. I didn't think it was out for PS3 yet, but wasn't sure. I hope that patch doesn't fack up the great online play. I rarely had any problems with lag with CoD4.
