Dang... if they're adding the Galil I'll allow it. That gun was pretty sweet! I could also go for faster leveling, with only playing weekend nights it's a slog to level up.

Look, publishers (especially Ubisoft) are going to push for DLC like this every time because there's enough suckers who keep paying it. So the answer: DON'T BUY IT. Ubisoft season passes are the worst. At least when they started this nonsense with Assassins Creed, there were missions you'd get (albeit ripped from the main story) .. this one is skins, a gun, a car, and a Co-Op difficulty? Good god. None of this affects the core game.. if you have $40 and are considering the se...

Couldn't disagree more. The only thing that can slow down the PS4 momentum at this point is saturation.. aka every person who wants a PS4 gets one. But to me, and my opinion only here, the switch just looks like another tablet gaming device. 32gb of storage? Did they learn nothing from the WiiU? It'll sell well out of the gate because of their brand name alone, but I predict a similar result to the WiiU in that it's trying to be something people don't really want. For a...

Just imagine the player pool is considerably larger on Steam.. albeit probably cheaper to get the game from MS for this very reason. Might consider getting the refund now, once the 'new game smell' wears off you might be stuck with nearly nobody playing through Windows Store servers.

Juuuuuust stop "playing" it. Seriously, stop. Sooner or later they'll release the character regardless of whether or not you wasted your time trying to find pieces of info.

Think the (currently) 153 downvotes show your ignorance. You haven't played Titanfall 2. Game is very good, it just needed to release in September or in March to get better sales numbers. But sales not indicative of the quality of the game itself, look at No Mans Sky.

Easily the dumbest thing I've read on this site hands down. You win the prize.

Well.. c'mon.. No Man's Sky has absolutely gotten plenty of feedback. I think we've all read through a dozen scorching opinions and reviews to know what happened there.

I do agree that I've had only positive experiences with Bethesda games though.. while Fallout & Skyrim are prone to glitches, I've never personally had a game-breaking bug. Bethesda is simply doing this is a result of the 'uh oh, Doom is going to suck because it didn't give ...

Well it's still very early on, so it's really yet to be seen how VR pans out. If you're trying to make a final conclusion this early into a new product genre you're going to be disappointed in what you find. There are great VR games now, but a lot of innovation needs to happen to really bring VR full circle. When you look at game sales breakdowns, the top sellers are generally shooters and sports, neither of which really 'work' in VR right now. In time some of the ...

Well 50gb is what a BD-DL disc holds, and I'd only expect game sizes to grow. People want high-res gaming, long campaigns, replayable multiplayer... all of these things take space. Honestly, if you don't have an external drive (or upgraded drive for PS4) you just need to uninstall games you don't play anymore.

Hah no worries.. the campaign from the original was basically an extended line of dialogue before a multiplayer match. You could probably google Titanfall campaign dialogue and catch up in under 2 minutes. Or they'll probably just recap it, since nobody on Playstation has played it before either besides the tech test.

I don't expect it to do nearly as well, but GTA 5 is also among the top selling games of all time. But their reputation for great products and attention to detail along with being developed on current-gen hardware, it'll still sell very well. If I had to pick a number, I'd say 15-20 mil.

Consumers giving it another chance is irrelevant at this point.. SONY needs to give it another chance. Without their support, we're just buying into a dying product.

Capcom be Capcom'in.. DLC and remasters with the occasional sequel. But make sure to never do anything new.. too risky!

Timing and price are the key advantages. But I disagree with the mention of PS5 being an edge, especially if it was released within the next 2-3 years. Nothing pisses off a massive install base more than releasing a new generation of a Playstation and rendering their box obsolete.

Glad to see articles that lay out pro's/con's.. sounds like many of the issues are the same that have plagued the series for some time now. Now i'm just left to wonder how populated the MW remaster multi servers will be.. hopefully those who don't like the direction of IW will be down for playing a game made in a simpler time before wall-running, pick10, and 20 different killstreaks.

I think they've tried, but if they're able to make enough money to stay independent that's how they choose to be. IGN has had an executive from Playground do a number of podcasts where they talked about that very topic, and the freedom to do what they want and how they want is a very powerful thing. Studios generally want to get acquired if they're brand new or struggling financially.

I wouldn't rule out a standalone release down the road, especially once they see they can make some money from doing so. They'd be foolish to announce that now though, they don't want to cannibalize their own product.

That said, it's not a horrible deal to bundle it either.. I generally buy the limited edition of CoD games that include the season pass each year for $100, since many of my friends seem to play CoD exclusively. Buying the digital deluxe editi...
