I'm glad they shared the performance goals but while 30 fps is playable, it shouldn't be recommend. What will this game need to run at 4k 60 fps?

I just got an Xbox series X last week and I can say halo infinite gameplay is awesome and feels like a modern halo game but I can already see the lack of content. The title had me worried. I thought this was referring file size as it would suck to have 1 game use up 25% of the console storage space.
Not sure how well this will work for Sony. Their best games are narrative driven games. The best mobile games are pickup and play in short burst. Outside of FPS, fighting games and kart racers, there is a huge shortage of these games on console. There are an abundance of these games on mobile and they are there whenever you need to kill some time. Right on your phone.
Normally late adopters get the best deal when it comes to gaming consoles such as cheaper price, more efficient console and much larger variety of next gen games but this gen it seems the earlier adopters of the PS5 won with a larger heat sync compared to current models, cheaper price in some regions and the true next gen games apart from rachet and clank are not hear as yet. We are in some strange times.
Before anyone suffering from stick drift or a broken R2 spring goes out and buy this expensive controller, attempt to repair your existing controller first.
The controller I got with my PS5 at launch suffered from both of these issues and I was able to repair it. No soldering was required.

They need to update the traversal of this game. One of the major flaws is that there will be a waypoint marker in one direction but you have to detour in the opposite direction to get to it.
Give us another non VR astro game. The demo on PS5 was great.
The PS4 did a great job ending at 4th place. If the switch sells at the same rate for another year, it will be at 3rd place and if it stays for 2 more years it could catch up to the ps2
While this controller looks nice, it is far from being perfect. The most ergonomic controllers tend to have the left analog stick positioned between left and up for the Xbox design or down and right to match playstation. The right stick should also be positioned between square and x.
When I got the razor kishi controller, I see it as one of the biggest waste of money because it wasn't comfortable. Like this controller, the analog sticks were positioned above the up but...
I don't think this is widespread as this is the first I'm hearing of it. The stick drift issue on the dual sense controllers is the real problem. Almost all dual sense controllers will drift at some point. Didn't think it would reach me as I am always gentle with the sticks.
I wouldn't say it's a cash grap with the amount of work that went into it but I do think it is too expensive. Given that this game has no multiplayer mode like the original, the price should be about $40 tops in my opinion.

The only good thing about E3 that I remember is that it's the one time of the year we were sure to see what's new from all 3 console makers and major 3rd party publishers.
The major problems were boring 2 hour press conferences where they spoke about sales figures and many awkward moments. These shows targeted retailers and as much as the gamers.

Right now the biggest benefit for the premium tier is to get access to the extra PS4 games that should have been in the extra tier.
The value of these subscription will vary person by person. If you are new to playstation, the premium subscription is a must have for atleast the first 3 months so you can play through all the remasters. If you have a PS5, you can downgrade to essential and play some of the PS5 games though you may want to play games like Demon Souls and Returnal last because those games are difficult.
I wish they would extend this to game pass for a limited time. Maybe give us 72 hours of offline play in case the internet goes out for a few days.
