I wish the would stop investing in material stuff and more invest in scientific progress. If Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos are investing in AI and Space travel, why can't more than a handful of the many billionaires in that region invest in something similar.
All I hear about is the next tall building, private island, luxury cars, mega mansion, super yacht, art collection.
How are they going to survive if the world moves away from oil one day.

A slow start is understandable. The reason I didn't jump unboard to get PS VR2 is because the price is too high and I couldn't take the risk as I have never tried VR before.
I remember when I watched the first Avatar movie in 3D and I was uncomfortable using the 3D glasses at the time. It's just not for everyone and I feel it may be similar with VR.
I have been led astray by the internet over hyping things before like when I ran out to spent ...
I'm interested to see how they implement this as the Xbox controller is smaller than the Dual sense. If they can fit a 3000 to 4000mh battery in there then I won't be concerned with the touchscreen.
Thinking a little deeper on this, there is no point in adding a touchscreen if those functions we see in the picture are all it will be cabable of. Touchscreen will only make sense if it will have dozens of applications installed where there isn't enough room on the...
This is a solid list except I would include MegaMan battle network 3. I remember the hours my brother and my friends put into that game. My other favorites were Pokemon ruby/sapphire/ruby, Metroid Fusion, Metroid Zero mission, Golden Sun 1 and 2, Fire emblem, advance wars Mario and Luigi superstar saga, Ziods Legacy(best Ziods game in my opinion), Astroboy omega factor.
There is very little reason for it to be released on game pass since I don't recall there ever being a resident evil game released on the service. The Remake is more likely to end up on PSN.
Not sure I can explain why the sales are significantly lower but my hypothesis is that there are significantly more PS5 consoles sold in the UK compared to the Xbox and at this time it is not clear how much the series S has sold compared to the series X. The series S is highly reco...
If you have the money to invest in a state of the art PC that can show you a noticable difference from the series X then by all means go with PS5 and PC. I am not sure if I can easily transition between console and PC but if you can overcome that then go ahead.
The great thing about game pass is that it gives you an instant collection of over 100 games on both the Xbox and PC. Playstation offers almost the same thing with less restrictions to cloud gaming. I just the premi...
I don't think piracy on PC is as prevalent as it used to be. Ever since Denuvo went on the market, most crackers have backed off or have extreme difficulty with cracking the game.
There is a strong possibility that most PC gamers now purchase their games since Sony and Microsoft have started to release games on that platform. We are also now seeing same day release from other publishers on PC while a few years ago, that was unheard of.
It's not not the same as the PS Vita. The 2230 ssd in the Xbox series is not a proprietary format and is an actual type of ssd that being sold on the market. This is the same type of ssd that is used in devices like the steam deck because of its small form factor.
Microsoft's mistake here was choosing to use that format ssd instead of waiting a little longer for the gen 4 nvmes like Sony. The adaption rate of the 2230 size SSDs is much slower than the gen 4 SSDs and...
I own both and can tell you somethings the Xbox can do that the PS5 can't. I will list this based on how I use the console on a daily basis.
1. The Xbox has a competent dedicated web browser. I am one of those guys who will watch anime through the web browser on my big screen tv instead of using a PC or tablet like I used to back in the PS4 days. This is one of the main reasons the Xbox gets more on time than the PS5 these days.
Who really cares if the games were going to be on playstation or not. The deal is still good for the consumer.
If a playstation gamer really wanted to play starfield or the elder scrolls 6, they don't need to purchase an Xbox. If you have a PC or Mac with a good connection, chances are those games can be played via gamepass cloud. Of course cloud isn't necessary if your PC has the hardware required.
As it stands now, both Xbox and PC gamers will ...
Based on Square's logic, Chrono Trigger had no risk of being lost to time because you can currently get that game on Android, iOS and PC while the only version of Chrono Cross that existed was on the original PS1 and playstation classics for PS3, PSP and PS Vita. Those consoles are discontinued.
I would love to see them give Chrono Trigger the ff7 remake treatment minus it being episodic.
The Xbox series consoles don't have the SSD soldered on the board but you will have to dismantle the whole thing to get to it. Another thing is that the largest size I have seen available to the general public is 1TB.
Perhaps in the future, you will start to see more options on the market as more devices are starting to use the 2230 SSDs.
Who cares. The developers are being compensated and the gamers who are subscribed to the service get to play those games without paying full price. From the gamers point of view, it is a great time.
I read through the other comments and some are implying that the developers are getting pocket change in these dealings with Microsoft. If you were the publisher of a huge game costing almost $100m to make, would you agree to launch it on game pass for only 1 or 2 million dollar...
Seeing how you got disagrees for leaving a positive post for Xbox leads me to beleave that some persons are loyal to the competitors console so much that they would turn down the Xbox even if it was free.
With few exceptions like GTA, Mario Kart or call of duty. All games are expected to drop off in sales figures 12 months after release. That is also around the time we start to see them go on sale.
It is no surprise that game pass lowers game sales. I have purchased a few games that were on the service and the time ran out before I could finish playing them but never while the game was available on gamepass.
Game pass does still have an important place in the industry as it can allow smaller or riskier titles a chance to get an audience. Xbox also needs game pass to compete as it makes it easier for someone who has never had an Xbox instantly get access to a huge lib...
I support the deal going through as it will bring more value to a console I already own at no extra cost to me.
That said I don't think it will make much of a difference on Sony's side in the near future as Microsoft has already committed to releasing Call of Duty on playstation.
I do believe that this may not be the case forever and as at the end of the daily, these aquisisions will allow Microsoft to have the most diverse lineup of games compa...

They just released Hifi Rush last month. We are also aware of at least 3 major exclusive titles set to be released this year.
This is unexpected news. I really enjoyed his performances. Gone too soon.
