What is the issue though? Why can't anyone who has come out so far explain the thing about the series s that is limiting game development? I already explained what I think could be the reason in my comment.
Until a developer can explain what specifically about the series S is limiting their games, then this should all be taken with a grain of salt. Back in the PS3 and Xbox 360 days developers gave us clear examples as to why it was difficult to develop for the PS3 but even to this date, none can point to what is wrong with the series S that makes development of current gen games so difficult.
A layman can now understand that if you are going to build a PC, you will need a GPU...
The earbuds is more convenient for longer sessions because it doesn't allow heat to accumulate on the ear like what headsets do. This is perfect for persons who live in hot or humid environments.
What would make these even better is it they are multiplatform where I can connect to both the PS5 and cellphone at the same time.
This might be based on the region. I am not in the US or Europe and don't see those ads on my dash board.
Let me clarify for the non Xbox users. The "ads" people are complaining about are not the traditional ads you would see from tv or websites. There is nothing from Progressive or mountain due there. What persons are complaining about is Microsoft bringing exposure to gamepass and it is being done agressively with this update.
It's not bad if you already have game pass and know most of the content on the homescreen is relevant to you but if you don't have ga...
2 features I would like are:
1) Hold the PS button on the controller to power it on to prevent accidental startups.
2) Bring back the activities list so I can see what my friends are doing like on the PS4.
Scalpers gonna scalp. Those scum have it all over ebay.
The studies say 48% of gamers today are women. I can see that Activision is trying to attract that audience to their games. Let's see how well this works out.
This is a very ignorant statement. Microsoft and Xbox have had a significant impact on the industry since they entered with the original Xbox. Online gaming and the digital market can be credited to the boundaries Microsoft pushed during the original Xbox and Xbox 360 era. Even the controllers that are used on multiple platforms today such as PS5, switch pro controller, Stadia, Luna are inspired by the Xbox controller design. Microsoft and Xbox hardware has great features; however, they are l...
I caution persons who are looking for a second console for the household to hold off on that purchase as this could be Sony clearing out stock for the slim model or the pro model rumered to be released next year.
I believe AMD offers higher vram at lower price points compared to NVidia. We have found out that this generation needs at least 8GB to load the highest detail textures at 1080p.
This issue with the drivers will eventually be fixed for Ratchet and Clank, however, the vram issue NVidia has on their midrange and entry level cards can only be fixed by spending more money on a higher end card.
That is a solid list of games you have there. Maybe 2023 is the best year in gaming since Nintendo also had Zelda tears of the Kingdom and the Metriod Prime remastered.
The article is talking about true next gen exclusive games so don't bother listing the games that have a ps4 and xbox one version.
So far on PS5 we have the following:
* Ratchet and Clank Rift apart 88 metacritic rating (should be higher imo)
* Destruction All Stars 62 metacritic rating
* Demon Souls 92 metacritic rating
* Final fantasy 16 87 metacritic rating
* Returnal 86 metacritic rating
* Forspoken 64 metacritic...
@Flakegriffin describe the difference in build quality. They are both solid plastic. Also you didn't read the comment. I am not even certain if you own a series controller if you don't understand why I said having removable batteries is better than having the battery built in. Only persons who own both controllers can see the benefit of that.
The series controllers don't feel cheap. I've never used one of the $200 to $300 controllers but if I am to compare the Xbox series controller to the Dual sense, it is about the same. If I compare them to cheap 3rd party controllers on Amazon it is a night and day difference.
@Flakegriffin Your comment is grossly exaggerated. There is no noticeable difference between the dual sense build quality vs the series controller build quality. I would sometimes take up the s...
There are pros and cons with both digital and physical. You just mentioned the pro for physical where it is cheaper than digital because of the used market. The pro for digital, however, is obviously the convenience and game sharing where you are only required to buy 1 copy of a game digitally. Both you and your friend or family member will then be able to play the same game and the same time. Great for coop and multiplayer games.
In addition to this, if there is an accide...
I also enjoyed playing the division 2 with my friends and I also don't see how this will work on mobile.
It won't make much sense for Sony to acquire Square Enix as they already have a good relationship for exclusive titles. It is also not likely for the FTC to go after Sony for those acquisitions as I doubt Microsoft will make much noise about it. The FTC already failed to stop one of the biggest mergers since Disney acquired 21 Century Fox for 71 billion dollars.
I am confident in fable because the studio that is working on that game made Forza Horizon 5.
I am not sure what is happening with hellblade 2 though. I haven't played the first game but it just looks like a crazy woman shouting in the dark. It was one of the first Xbox games series x games we saw but up to this date we still have no release window or date.
