It's great, was playing GoW Valhalla today for a couple of hours. Best handheld experience I've ever had. My new carrying case should arrive this week.
It's been 3 years plus since ND released tlou2, it hasnt been that long. Especially the level of detail and complexity ND games come with that are a few steps above what any other SIE studio is doing.
Sony can't just ignore the most profitable sector in gaming forever they need to grow in areas they currently don't occupy. Sounds like what SIE and ND need to do is develop a new sector of their business that can deal with tlou online as a separate entity from the rest of ND, starting small and growing as business grows. An expansion that would allow current ND to continue making their single player games, while a completely separate branch handles their online game. Trying to do bot...

People need to realize that this is a business, this push is in search of new growth opportunities. Sony's mistake was publically announcing this so called gaas push for people to obsess over before a single game is released. Same for ND ,they didn't need to announce this game so far in advance without knowing if it was really going to be a thing.
Many people were happy with Factions, maybe it's time for these game companies including SIE to re-imagine gaas gam...

I've never owned an Xbox but I'm fine if this game is an Xbox exclusive, Sony now has 2 of their own. There are tons of Marvel ip that should be brought to gaming, if Bethesda wants to pay for/ develop this one for xbox why not . Not that I'd complain if it was multiplatform.

This was the game I was most interested in from the show. Looks amazing.
Combat should be top notch, can't wait. Seems like everything is launching in the first half of next year.
The graphics didn't blow me away either, what I liked was how alive and vibrant Vice city looked. People always bring up rd2 but that's way easier to pull off than a big well populated city.
Microsoft can claim anything and shape the numbers to tell any story they want.

@1nsomniac, that's just it the portal doesn't need to be "supported" besides software updates, lol. If you have a ps5 and want to use it remotely then the portal will continue to work.
Alot of weird anger/hate directed towards this accessory. Was recently attacked on a YouTube comment section for saying I've really enjoyed playing on mine ,lol. There were too many people in the online gaming community heavily invested in the portal failing before it was even out. Some of these youtubers were garunteeing nobody would buy it.
