There is no telling what Microsoft includes as "revenue" to get to 9% growth, its not like investors care. Creative accounting I think. @Work, Nah the Dark Knight has one stand out incredible performance in Legers Joker, but the film itself is no where near as good. Marvel, before the MCUs phase 4 onwards decline has done a vastly superior job of actually bringing the storytelling in comicbooks to film. Marvel has stomped DC in this regard, its not close.
The CMA actually demonstrated an excellent level of knowledge of the so called "gaming industry ". The problem in general is regulatory capture of these regulators and/or judiciary preventing them from feeling empowered to say no and leave it at that. There was no way that the digital edition when matched with the detachable drive would end up costing less or equal to the new complete edition, it would make no sense. The disk edition is the model sony wants people to buy so much so it ends up costing less than buying each part separately. If the the digital edition remained the same price the detachable drive would be priced at $130.
