That this one makes it to the US. It looks like a blast! Off topic, anyone else craving Undead Knights?
This one was old when it first came out. Plain and simple ain't happening. If MS were to ever get a shot at MGS on an XBox it would have been with MGS3. MGS4 in scale is jut plain old too big. That and the fact that Hideo Kojima in no uncertain terms stated that it will NEVER grace an XBox. I wanna start a new rumor! XBox exclusive Bio Shock coming to PS3... ooh wait, damned.. nevermind.
The PS1 was pure luck? So where does that put the PS2? For that matter if it's all pure luck please enlighten everyone as to how the PS3 managed to sell 15 million consoles faster than the XBox 360? How is it that the XBox 360 has had a one year head start on the market but only has 6 million more installed units? On that note the PS3 user base has been growing incredibly fast and with this holiday season upon us and 2009 coming has a very strong chance to equal or surpass that of the XBo...
I understand your frustration. LBP being the hottest IP in the world and only being available on the PS3 must get under your skin. That's ok you will be able to play White Knight Chronicles.. ooh wait no, nevermind. But you can always dirve your way to success in a Ferrari playing GT5.. ooh damn.. sorry another PS3 exclusive. No that's it! You can infiltrate a huge military organization and play as Solid Snake.. oh damn.. sorry about that one too. Hey I guess you can always play Viva Pi...
SolidWarri0r you're right...
The Sony online experience is definately lacking.. the $50 yearly fee anyway. Ooh and the software is definately hurting as well. Nothing quite like Drakes, MGS4, Warhawk, Resistance, Motorstorm and GT5 to exemplify a lacking software library. Not including the 3rd party multiplat titles that we all have. The only thing Sony/PS3 lacks in software is the retarded dept. heads that decided on killing off their first/second party devs and using the fu...
Watching the Xbox fanboys squirm and writhe is misery should be made illegal. Nothing like watching the company you put your money and faith into destroy its' first and second party software houses only to raise funds to secure timed exclusives from third party devs. Now that there is what I call genius... <rolls eyes>
I so want a few hits of whatever your taking. Sony is on course to surpass sales and match or exceed the installed base worldwide of the XBox 360 this coming year. With LBP, R2, WKC, FF XIII (which is a PS3 exclusive in Japan), KZ2 and SOCOM it has the strongest software lineup of all the consoles. XBox has Gears 2 and Fable 2 which are great titles but nothing in comparison to the lineup Sony has coming this holiday season and throughout 2009.
I didn't think it was possible to write such trash and make it a news worthy piece. The guy mentions that software availability is a problem for the PS3? Umm... yeah ok. Then there is the accessibility with the dev tools and being hard to program for? Sure maybe when the unit first came out devs had some hurdles to overcome. Now the PS3 architecture is really no harder to code for than anything else. Thing is that it is capable of far more than what it is already doing and will show onc...
Boobs are more fun than stairs.
See the reviews for this game being WAY too low? Seriously it is not perfect by any stretch but it is better than the 70'ish percent scores it has been getting. On a 0-100 scale I would rate it an 85%. I fail to see where all the hatred for this game comes from? Its' combat is fast paced and incredibly satisfying when mixing different force powers and combos. The graphics are excellent and frame rate is solid. The camera sometimes leaves a little to be desired but is far from the worst ...
You beat me to it. I read this and thought the same thing.
if the guy playing the game in the video had A clue as to what he was doing. The control scheme looked pretty straight forward. Move with the Wiichuck, melee is a basic attack that only requires you facing the target and being close enough. Gun is button+wiimote to aim+fire. Sadly the guy in the video looks as if he has never touched a video game in his life, let alone a Wii. Why do companies don this? If you were to show some gameplay footage at least make sure the guy playing it is so...
Especially when 2 days ago it was reported on N4G that Blizzard officially squashed the Diablo III console rumor. I am too lazy to look up the link but it's here somewhere.
as the DOW closes +932 for the day. Opening higher tomorrow.... ugh... What's next?
The PS3 will be the biggest selling console this holiday season, period. Their software line up and stable, full featured console guarantee this. Not to mention with the upswing happening in the world markets the money will be there for people to make the purchase. The XBox 360 has only price going for it in the Arcade SKU but when people start realizing what it is they are getting the price won't sway them.
Do not underestimate consumers, when they are interested they researc...
It got old when independent analysts blogged about dropping the price. Now some talking head at C-Net, which is owned by Microsoft, is spewing this as well. When will people come to the realization that when comparing an XBox 360 to a Playstation 3 they need to at a minimum compare the Elite + Wifi + XBL to a 80 Gig PS3. When you do that the XBox 360 costs more and not only that lacks a future proof Blu-Ray player. This is getting old fast and until a respected, independent electronics/ga...
Hell as long as the game supported an optional bluetooth KB and Mouse I would prefer to play it on my 46" Aquos! I can see how using a controller would make things a bit difficult though.
FF Versus XIII is a completely different game than FF XIII. Different story and characters as well all part of the same universe as is FF XIII Agito. FF XIII is not exclusive and will be multiplat but FF Versus XIII and FF XIII Agito are platform exclusive to the PS3 and PSP repectively.
OR... you could have read what I wrote. Notice I specified 5v and 1 Amp output?
Yes this is an angry XBox fanboy alert. A game that has yet to be released is rated at a 6.6 on metacritic. Not that metacritic holds any water.
