Actually anything 480p and higher is classified at HD. Not saying it's good HD but it is HD.
Naughty Dog has been swapping code/techniques with Bungie because Bungie helped them out tremendously with the netcode/multiplayer setup for Uncharted 2. Check the Uncharted 2 credits for proof. They thank Bungie.
Not the PC version despite the title. If you watch the video all of the button indicators is for 360. The team who is working on this game has ex members from GG who worked on KZ2. If you look at the animations for the character they are very similar as well as the level layout. They have also been working very closely with other developers who have shown they know how to squeeze power out of systems. This game looks very very good. I'm impressed.

Since the very first games released there have been glitches that have gone un-noticed by testers and developers. With a game as big and open as ac2, to only have a handful of glitches being reported is normal and expected. To call the developer lazy because of this only shows your ignorance. Yes, something people don't realize. Besides Nintendo, every console maker sells their console for a loss. They recoup the money through software sales. The only benefit Microsoft would get from this act would be to claim higher console sales. It wouldn't boost software sales. I feel Microsoft legitimately banned these people for breaking their live tos. Any other reason is just fan boy flame/ Banned modder resentment.
The only people who got banned from live are the ones who broke the xbox live terms of service. Modding your hardware only breaks the hardware terms of service and gets your system banned from being fixed by microsoft if it redrings (which is going to happen). I would argue that they didnt kill the live accounts because a cought modder still has the chance to get a new box and play legit.
How would you feel if you modded your system, got cought and then wanted to start over with a new system but all your saves/ account info and everything was lost? I agree with you 95%. There is little game store like gamestop can do to prevent someone trading in a modded system. At the very very least they could do is let the customer know that buying a used system comes with a risk of the system being modded thus putting your account at risk.
It is the modders fault but if game stores are going to sell used systems, the customers should be made known of the potential system they are getting.

Ugh, tried playing online last night and it was horrible lag. 1 bar in every game. Had to turn it off and play offline. I was worried it was my wireless adapter but when I popped in MW2, I had a 100ms ping and smooth as butter game play. I know the benefits of good dedicated servers but so far it just feels like the MW2 pc guys were mainly complaining because they couldn't mod on their dedicated servers.
