I miss my football, I haven't played madden since playstation days and the last football game I had was NFL 2k5. Every madden looks and plays the same for nearly the last decade.
update: I just received an email from amazon that NBA 2k14 will be delivered 11/19. Awesome.
This video had already been posted and gives you no new information. The only thing that has been talked about is using the six axis motion for leaning and looking when in vehicles.
I received the amazon promotion buy 1 get 1 free, so i canceled my battlefield 4 preordered and reordered and got NBA 2k14 for free. Unfortunately that game is apparently out of stock for ps4 and I received an email it would be available 12/27. The plus side I received an additional $30 off of BF4.
I don't think I've played a madden game since 2003, 2k is good at what they do by creating a realistic sports game. I haven't looked at a madden game for at least 3 years and this year I wanted to see what's new, turns out nothing. The tackling and animation still look rough and ridiculous etc..
Competition is good for the industry, think about it, last year there was no NBA live, why because it was bad but they would have released it anyway if they didn't...
Ridiculous, people complain about the silliest things. It took less than an hour to adjust to the control schemes and in my opinion it made the vehicles more intuitive and easier to control.
I thought, at least on PS3, the melee button had always been R3, something that bugs the crap out of me but I make due. I can't tell you how many gun fights i've loss just from pressing the R3 too hard. I would just rather disable the feature, more likely if i'm using a knif...
Back in my day they called it marketing. It may be that Sony is trying to control the information that's going to be released at launch so PS4 will have a good reception. Just because you have an opinion doesn't make it good.

This is good, I guess for console players. I have never seen someone glitch or basically cheat in a console game since maybe modern warfare. Now a days its the admin kicking good players or moving them to their team or some other type of crap that shouldn't happen.
Funny thing is that the first time I saw the commercial I thought it was for bf4, then at the end they said cod. I thought oh they must be talking about the campaign because none of that is in multiplayer.

I hope that would be true. The only thing I care about is moving the knife button from the R3, in everyone shooting game its always an unintentional knife and then I die.
What's the point of this article. I preordered because of everything I knew as fact about the ps4. I've been with sony since day one. I pre ordered because I wanted it day one and don't want to be one of those gits standing outside waiting a week from launch or midnight or some other crazy thing.
If I change my mind then I cancel, seems simple. Post buyers remorse tends to happen with every major purchase.
The reason Socom franchised failed was because the original developer for socom 2 left and after the a new developer slant 6 made socom confrontation which wasn't bad, especially when compared to socom 4. The development of socom 4 was doomed from the start, I was one of the beta testers and we voice the problems with the game before it launched and none of that changed.
Socom 4 never lived up to its roots because it was created to be like every first person shooter gam...

In the end I do think its an age thing. I remember that team play was more fun than just lone wolfing all the time. That's just from playing socom 2/3/3.5/3.8. There is trend for players to lone wolf now. I guess is just unlock that next rank, that next gun, that next, I'm better...
nice video, I agree. I remember when I had that feeling of accomplishment when I was playing socom 2/3. Then socom 4 came out and unbalanced and basically killed the franchise for me. I do also agree that if you are going to have all these attachments then they should all be unlocked. If players desire status so much then why not just do it cosmetically so balance is not affected?
And on another note, M203 grenade launchers are the worst weapon in any game.
A youtube app is not necessary, just go to the browser and in the url type youtube.com/tv and you get the same thing as the app. I would like to be able to download pictures from the internet and use them as wallpapers again.
