Come one, come all!
"It's a $30 demo."
That's funny, I've put in 6 hours so far and plan to play a lot more. I'm having trouble remembering the last time I got an hour... actually I'm having trouble remembering the last time I even played a demo to be honest.
People pay $30 for blurays of movies all the time that are 2 hours. That seems justifiable if it's a movie you love and you'll watch it many times. Does this not have some merit in this...
You'll want that, trust me.
No no no you MUST oversimplify everything and be extremely broad in your statements. Don't try to use your OWN judgment, that's nonsense. Instead, follow what angry internet gamers say and be mad.
How dare you evaluate a product, deem the entertainment value worth your money and then proceed to purchase it and have fun. Shame on you.
Pessimism is killing gaming for me... it's all you see now. IGN, N4G... it's all doom and gloom articles. Developers cannot win. Fanboys trash everything regardless of the product. If an article comes out and says a single pixel was downgraded during development of a game, you'll see people on facebook saying "LOL enjoy your ps3.5 game."
Gamers are sad. Their search for acceptance is sad. Their bias, nay, their hatred of competition is sad.
Honestly, I think VR is the least of the gimmicky things we've seen the past decade. It doesn't hinder control or change gameplay, it's focus is to simply immerse you into a digital world and bring it to life. Maybe that's not your cup of tea but it's something I welcome with open arms.
100% doesn't that put xb1 barely in the neighborhood of normal ps4 weekly sales in the UK?
Weirder is that as I'm typing this, the PC version of TF sits at #8, xb1 version at #9. I... what...
I really didn't expect playstation to occupy the entire top 7 of amazon video games just 3 days after titanfall. Infamous at no. 6, TF at no. 8. Wow...
You have asymmetrical hands?
It's something a lot deeper than brand loyalty and revolves around deep psychological issues. Something on the level of wanting to belong to the winning team and to feel like the winner. To feel justified and victorious. The internet has given people a platform from which to announce their allegiance and therefore they commit to that stance and wish the opposition harm. Before the internet, this behavior might have displayed itself somewhere else other than gaming, because before the inte...
Wow I stand corrected. Not even close haha
You mean because every game isn't a carbon copy of MGS 1? Pretty sure there's plenty of people that complain about that issue on numerous other franchises. If it's not one thing, it's another with some of you. What did you all do before you could complain on the internet? Probably had fun and just enjoyed games for what they were...
Just Cause 2 is the biggest still, correct?
Way to completely misinterpret what a speed run is. But overreacting is fun!
Where ARE the tf sales numbers btw? Figured we'd seen a midnight sales number at least... SOMETHING.
Same was said about original mass effect but EA bought the rights back from MS. Could do the same with TF but depends on if MS would do that.
They tease their cover like it's some massive reveal and then GI releases their full cover story on it before them. Nice.
Sometimes people are at work, looking at these sites when they get a chance. Like myself. We can't all be playing games 24/7 but power to ya, man! I'm jelly.
an "okay" week, I suppose.
