In the US maybe, the Wii will beat them both. But in world wide sales? I think the PS3 will beat the 360, maybe not by a lot, but the PS3 2nd place with worldwide sales this holiday season...

For me Indiana Jones whilst it was okay was the wrong choice for the Lego franchise. LoTR & Harry Potter would have been better choices, the destinction between Races for LoTR & Houses for Harry Potter would have been better IMO than what hat you are wearing.

Pity that it will not have them out of the box, however I do feel that it will be patched later.
Should be noted it is a Japanese style game, that is one of the many things that appealed to me. You don't need 15 or 20 undead to make something scary, you only need one if done right.
The story line is a little cheesy and the voice over is a little poor, but this is a survival horror game not quite shakespear.
I have 2 friends who own this game already and they are not even into survival horror games.

What people also forget is, until that big price drop the PS1 and PS2 was not selling off the shelf. The same will be with the PS3, when it gets into the Wii ball park, it will sell fast.
This game is linear, but more than worthy of the score. With a bit more freedom this game would have been a 9+.
I do believe that a Blu Ray version would be good, but they could not really charge any more than the download.

I think joint releases are the way to go, aslong as they optimize the game for the respective consoles. Each console have their strengths and their weeknesses and the software should take advantage of those strengths.

I have 3 friends with XBox 360's, 1 has 4 360's (3 20gig models and 1 Elite) and the other 2 have 3 each.

I disagree, yes the hardware is newer, but you have to take into consideration that Sony unlike Microsoft do not take the easy option.
The 360 is programmed like a PC (as in how the program relays commands through the hardware and transferred to the screen), as such it is easier and games can be programmed faster.
PS3 like its predecessor is not, it is programmed very differently. As such if it is programmed like a PC or 360 game it will be under powered in the grap...
