Alien: Total War.
Day 1 purchase.
Only in Golf.
Cool, but we've heard this before from Naughty Dog about Uncharted 2. The multilplayer may be patched, but you still needed an occasional regular patch to download .
Yeah, but they're not STUNNING screenshots!
It's funny how sale's data takes months to compile and analyze, but after 3 weeks, some anonymous (conveniently, his story can never be corroborated) guy is sure trade-ins are on the rise.
When publishers started demanding 80%+ scores before developers get more money.
It's funny to see somebody describe a game as average, then give it a 70% without a hint of irony.
Why do these idiot's need 1-7/10 to tell them how bad a game is, but only only 8-10/10 to tell them how good it is?
1) Remove the stupid genetic history plot. Just make it about an assassin in a given time period.
2) See 1.
3) That is all.
As it should be!
Digital Distribution should mean comparative prices all over the world, not prices dictated by pre-2000 price/risk business models.
I thought this was meant to be a quick, beautiful all-but indie game of Rayman.
Why are they taking so damn long? The footage from last year looked pretty complete.
Hype, though not their own - the press whip themselves into a frenzy.
And taking so long people actually have nostalgia for the last game they produced.
Despite a fan of T&A, I'd have to say NO. Not if they're intent on following in Uncharted's footprints, which is odd because everybody though Uncharted followed Tomb Raider.
Take the series back to it's exploration routs - the best times with lara were exploring a cave or an underwater tunnel, not the combat.
Take away Lara's guns (not her boobs, before you ask), and give her a larger area to explore. Make the game about "Tomb Rai...
360 does have better AA, but it seems to come at a cost of slightly lower level of detail, or at least makes the whole screen a bit blurrier.
The biggest difference I noticed was the way Lens of Truth changed colour from red to green... Whenever that's the case, the devs did a damn good job at maintaining consistency.
Bah! I was hoping for something more along the lines of Borderlands rather than a straight online shooter.
I just don't play those games :(
I was looking forward to this, dammit!
Whoopdeedoo!
But you can't help if the vast majority of gamers have no taste. I don't even think this comes as backlash against Ninja Theory - Tecmo Bandai just did not market this game at all.
Tecmo Bandai don't exactly excel at 3rd person adventures either - the last one published by them was Afro Samurai, which did about as well as you expect.
Personally I really loved parts of Enslaved, especially running around the ruins of N...
Hey look! That game has a burning-down level, it must have copied that other game that has a burning-down level.
That game has guns, and must have copied that other game with guns!
That game is an open world crime story! It must have copied that other open world crime story!
Who cares as long as they do it better?
Wouldn't expect it for another 6 years at least.
It took them 7 years to make the last one!
The cast "most likely to beat the crap out of you if you don't call them the best", certainly.
But best? I didn't even notice gears had a story.

That is the stupidest thing I have read today. Congratulations.
How would paying for the service, forcing everybody to get their credit cards listed, help when all the data is stolen? The answer is it would make it worse.
I have 4 of the 5, but I do not have wipeout fury, so I may get that and dead nation.
I also have 2 of the 4 PSP games so there's no problem there.
Still feels like it's not enough though. It depends what they pull out of their ass for Plus.
Awesome :)
