I honestly don't know about BOTW2's dev time. Forbidden West should review really well.
Elden Ring is the only one I'm 100% sure is releasing in 2022.
Battlefield games aren't annual releases.
I heard 2042 (on console) has been... not too bad. But considering how slow important updates have been taking (even according to a DICE dev), bouncing to Guardians is way more reasonable.
You're gonna have some fun. Artful Escape's OST in particular is a head-banger.
Your first comment 8 hours ago: "Lame. But then, vgchartz is a lame site with fake numbers."
You were poisoning the well right out of the gate. Don't pretend you were only airing criticism.
-"How are we to see how they came down to those four Quest games? How are we to know what headsets they played? There's nothing there in the article."
I answered some of these above. About knowing what headsets they play...
-"Where's the original list they compiled that came down to these choices? You're just upset that I'm right."
No. I'm annoyed that you're wrong still pretending you're right. The OG thread & poll were closed down once voting came to an end on Jan 2.
-"There isn't a Sony game I'm defending as Sony didn't release a game."
Cool story. Regardless of what you are/are not defendin...
Except neither of us said it couldn't be challenged. You didn't come in here just to say "this list is underwhelming" or whatever. You dragged in baggage about sales numbers, tied in some bad-faith assumptions about the process, and also criticized the list. Don't smuggle in so much other stuff and then pretend "it's just criticism."
-"So, it begs the question, what headsets or should I say, *HEADSET* was he using?"
...
-"But their opinions only include Quest. How is it *THE BEST OF VR 2021* and not include other games in 2021? Only Quest related games."
Wrong. The original list of candidates included all high-rated VR titles of 2021. Quest was just favored for what could be a bunch of different reasons. You can cry about "teh bias" all you want, but the VR 2020 shortlist included Dreams VR, Paper Beast, and the VR mode in Star Wars Squadrons.

-"How were the games nominated?"
All solid contenders are put on a list. Then, staff & community vote for their choices (50/50 influence).
-"Why not have categories?"
What do you mean? It's simply a vote about what staff & community placed as the best VR game of 2021 (as the title states).
-"Why not by platforms?"
Because neither the staff nor community ha...
High praise! It'll be interesting to see what other old-ish games can do with VR implementation.
Barely missed out.
I kinda think its a good sign that people might be moving on and are hungrier for more novel tweaks.
I'm so tempted to play Arise. SMTV has been given a lot of fanfare too. It probably missed the runner-up spot by a hair (voting influence is split 50/50 between staff & community).
A pretty stacked year for JRPGs.
Every parent is notorious for passing on their worst attributes? That doesn't map on to my reality. The point I'm making is your description of what he's saying (that you disagree with) neatly folds into what you think the story is about anyways, so I don't get the contention.
"It's a story about trying hard not to pass on your worst attributes on to your children."
You mean something bad parents are notorious for doing?
You are wrong on both counts.
Bleeding Edge had been a passion project a small portion of NT had been working on for several years. Grounded is the same story: a small team branched off after Pillars of Eternity II to try their hands at a survival game. Evidence in the development section of wiki pages:

-"...just follow the rules and do not give in to your internet anonymity by being an A-hole to others and what not."
Again, that's the principled issue I was referencing: this hypothetical person who HASN'T even broken the rules yet on another company's service. That's what makes this kinda messy compared to say a streamer's or YouTuber's private Discord or chat channels. There's a clearer line drawn if a streamer (like Destiny) bans ...
But if they're not doing it in this instance, why isn't the Xbox version a valid option?
