Does Warface actually have a pay-to-win system in place?
@maniac
"I love Golden Eye but I preferred Perfect Dark because it had better weapons and maps. Plus the original had all the maps and weapons from Golden Eye."
After finally getting a chance to play Perfect Dark on XBLA, I can't blame 'ya there. Just a flat-out cool selection of modes, guns, and maps there. Quite an ambitious game for its time.
I was thinking Diddy Kong Racing and Goldeneye 007. :P
Reminds me that I still need to beat both of these games.
He's definitely more negative than others, but he certainly seemed to be a huge fan of recent releases like Tearaway and Rayman Legends.
Title is kind of shoe-horing that "Xbox Launch Title" part in there, considering it did release on PS2 and Gamecube pretty quickly.
If they improve of proper weapon balancing/im-balancing, then I'd love to check this one out.
Will be interesting to see the influx of blogs and reviews for this month. Maybe user reviews will fly off the front page as quick as blogs typically do now.
Best of luck to all contestants and have fun.
I'm guessing that's just for yucks, but I still don't see Ghosts as an "objectively bad" title that the internet's seems to have determined for it.
That must mean I get the unspoken Super-Secret-Super-Mega-N4G-Su per-GOTY-Bundle-Super-Something Prize.
Right on! XD
"MEGA N4G GOTY BUNDLE"

"Plus something I'll announce soon, from the folks at Naughty Dog"
Guess I won't have to use my Joel impression if this is what I think it is.
Great selection of prizes and happy hunting to everyone this March. Question: Did you mention BF4 twice to say you...
In pretty much all the cases I've seen, yeah. It seems nigh impossible for a reviewer to keep their own personal feelings from sinking into appreciating or disliking an artistic work to a certain degree, rather than being this robotic "the game's mechanics were never buggy, there's a bunch of features, and framerate always stayed steady therefore 10/10" sort of review.
"Fantastic. Does that mean we should start scoring reviewers?"
Hope everyone enjoyed the blog. Please feel free to leave any comments and/or questions below. Something tells me I won't be making many friends from this one. :/
Nope, but I've heard their pre-PS1 titles were pretty bad.
"dont do that..."
I wasn't suggesting going back to play them but rather wondering if the critical averages for the likes of Rings of Power and the other two were taken into account here.
ND's credited with releasing 15 games according to wikipedia. (I'm curious if their pre-Crash Bandicoot games are brought into account, or even can be).
To put it into perspective: that's the near-premium price for a PSN game that packs more content than this. Even in regards to time taken during fighting is a bit less than a lot of $10/$7 single-player DLC's. Even though Left Behind is one of those special cases where putting it into that perspective doesn't hurt MY score for it, I can't really blame a reviewer having a more consumerist viewpoint when it comes to these considerations.
@Bathyj
Last year, the devs said they really only broke even with it in regards to XBLA version.
Nice. Send me an fr if you'd like to play co-op later on.
Was one of those XBLA purchases. Hopefully some of my friends get on board with it as well.
That's a rather poor translation of what one of Tequila Works employees said.
Thanks for the win, Cat and cgood. Glad you enjoyed that one (maybe thought it was insightful).
Congrats to everyone else, especially so for our community artists.
