Next year, next year, next year....isn't that what Sony drones kept saying?
Sony went from 1st last gen to 3rd this gen, not good at all.
If Sony want to improve Vita sales they have to lower the price. Its current price point does not have wide enough appeal.
@sniperwithcause:
Rubbish. Sony could get all the data they needed for digital only distribution by looking at itunes and google. The Go was a major failure because sony didn't and still don't know how to support digital only distribution.
Sony need to do an Apple and start focussing on just a few core products and doing those products well.
Heavy Rain I almost agree with but a few bugs for me stopped it being great. God of war III was just so so for me. Solid entry bit nothing really new other than HD visuals.
You played the last Guardian? I didn't even think it had been released.
Mobile and tablet devices also appeal to a much wider audience than consoles or gaming pcs.
Majority rules in consumer electronics.
When did PS3 go into black and when is the Vita expected to?
Its great fun and costs next to nothing.
So, NZ gamers like to have fun...being a fellow kiwi gamer I concur.
Putting MW3's shortfalls aside its still some of the best multiplayer fun to be had.
It will be a unique experience good or bad. Can't be worse than some of the SW games released over the years.
Impressive numbers.
Yeah, cause the 360 and PS3 are so damned good at HD gaming. Tell me, how many native 720p games are out there for the 360 and PS3 that don't drop frames, have syncing or low draw distances.
Lets not even talk about 1080p.
For those that disagree please list the games that support your point of view...
Double post
I'm going to wait at least a year before I decide. I am still not convinced regardless of what Sony says.
I was burnt last year with the Go when they announced they were discontinuing it back in March or April. I should have paid closer attention to its poor sales and lack of PSN support.
Like the finale for season 1 it was too short and the effects were average. After they boarded up the farm house I was hoping for a touch of Night of the Living Dead.
Series has been solid but not great, especially after the fantastic first episode. Hoping the game can restore the feeling of dread.
Looking forward to WWZ!
Well, fun is fun regardless of the platform.
As for it being just the same as the other AB games, why completely change a successful formula. I take it based on your argument you never buy sequels as most of them are the same game but with higher poly counts.
Can you please clarify why AB is not a "real game"?
Goes to show many consumers buy based on software availability and not hardware specs alone. Certainly explains the lackluster Vita sales. That and its high price tag.
The vita is a niche product and has limited appeal outside of those that want to game.
