it's not stated like a fact. that's a really stupid and immature thing to say.
and i always buy the 3rd game in a trilogy if i bought the previous 2. i want to see how it ends. how are my purchasing habits your business?
No zelda game has ever matched the magic of the original game for NES. and every major zelda since OoT has basically just been a remake.
It's the first Bioware game i've played that i actually enjoy. i'm not sure how you can "call bs" on an opinion about the relative quality of a game.
I have found a bunch, even captured a couple...
Put Master Chief in Shepards position and the Reapers would just go home. There wouldn't have even been a ME3.
not criticizing your comment...to each their own. i just find it strange that i feel exactly the opposite way. i didn't sell my ps3 (i never sell my consoles - just in case), but i am still waiting for a game on ps3 to get me excited the way Halo does. MGS4 was the reason i bought it, and i enjoyed the game a lot, but it wasn't he incredible experience i was expecting.
most of the great games are 3rd party (bioshock, portal, AC, etc..) and it really comes down to t...
xgamer, i think you're getting a little carried away with just 2 images. having said that, go right ahead. every time sony announces any exclusive, we get infinitely more speculation and mindless praise.
I agree with you though, Reach is a really beautiful game. easily my favorite console FPS of this generation, no contest.
first of all, trying to use my name against me? lol, congrats, you're the 1 millionth clever-guy to say exactly the same moronic thing.
second, i'm sure most mindless people that are "Fans" of anything will claim they love something right up until it launches and then nobody talks about it ever again. have seen that a million times too.
third, that wasn't the main point of my comment or the article, so thanks for staying relevant. good...
*sigh* no it doesn't
action rpgs? really? so Diablo was never relevant? Baldur's Gate?
i doubt 95% of the people that buy ME3 will play more than one round of the MP.
Mila Kunis is a surfboard, and her face looks like it's painted on. she's definitely not hot.
Every game like this will ALWAYS get a score roughly in this area. it's just the rule when it comes to the mainstream gaming media.
You won't get any honest reviews about AAA titles from just about anyone. The mainstream will pretend the game is way better than it is. and the non-mainstream will be like "dude, OMG! head shots are awesome." because apparently 99% of gamers never exceed the mental maturity of a 12 year old.
Must miss! ME is a pretty overrated franchise anyway, but I probably would have bought it just to finish the trilogy (assuming it's stopping at game 3). This put the nail in the coffin.
If you think about it, if you skip all the dull, boring, unemotional dialogue, the ME games can be completed in under 10 hours. sounds like EA just gave us a reason to rent. :)
can say anything other than negative stuff about MS or you get disagrees, can't say anything other than positive stuff about sony or you get disagrees. such a mature website we have here.
but more importantly: CAN WE PLEASE BAN CONTRIBUTORS THAT USE TWITTER FEEDS AS NEWS??
this is moronic.
whoever gives the best score to a game you like has the most credibility.
This reminds me very much of Skyrim vs KoA: Reckoning.
I'll be getting both...especially since Torchlight is only 20 dollars.
Remember when Resistance 3 ripped off this moment almost exactly? Actually, that was most of the game, now that i think about it.
My favorite moment is when you are going through the courtyard near the end of the game and you have the blasts coming down from the sky and the big long-legged bastards are everywhere, and you have to climb the building looking for more rocket ammo. No game has ever captured that feeling that you are saving the day the way HL2 does.
Just 1, huh? i didn't like portal 2 at all. Was just a bunch of interchangeable "you're so dumb" "you're so fat" "you're a bad person" jokes that weren't funny. sure, the game gets better towards the end, but that doesn't make it a great game by any stretch.
also, it was juts kinda easy and lacked the atmosphere of the first game.
fine if you liked it, but don't be such an arrogant prick that you ne...
@JPM: how stupid would a person have to be to think call of duty FOUR is the first game?
no, i meant the first one. The one that was actually good.
@kneon: uhh...it's a video game version of a spaghetti western. it's supposed to be somewhat cliche. and it wasn't cliche to any extreme. it wasn't a parody of a western...it was a western.
call what you wanna call it.
if it's not innovation, it's copying.
you people intentionally take things extremely literally for the sake of making really stupid points. you know basically doesn't mean exactly, right?
they have basically been remakes. the story is the same, the character development is the same. the gameplay progresses in a pretty standard fashion.
knew someone would mention wind waker.....you know...art style has nothing to do with it. you can 'remake' something and use a completely different ...
