truthfully, there is no such thing as a late review. its always good to see others opinions.
i think plus members get a discount upon release.
you should get it. its 40 dollars for 2 amazing experiences that go above and beyond a lot of games this gen. personally, i cant wait to replay them.
a lot of gamers ask for fresh ip's, but 9 times out of 10 new titles flop. you cant really blame nintendo. they have ip's that sell millions upon millions of copies so new ips wouldn't do them any good from a business perspective, even though that's something i would like to see.
they are a very small team so its gonna take some time. they don't have the man power to pump out a ps3 game in a year or 2. if ico and sotc are anything to go by, your patience will eventually be rewarded.
exactly. or i see it as more of a separation where some games will use it and some games will not. sort of like an add on similar to wii motion plus. some developers will base their games around it and others wont.
i wouldn't be surprised if nintendo releases a 3ds later on with the second analog as standard.
the last step should be the improvement of graphics. if modern warfare 3 had visuals far beyond bf3, it would still be mw3. makes no difference regardless.
im all for graphical advancement, but that should be the last step, not the first, once your base game play and online experience has improved. things of that nature are far more important than looking pretty. im not defending the series, but that should apply to most games, cod included.
thats kind of a let down to hear. i just dont want the main focus to be the graphics and, in turn, the gameplay/content under preform in all areas so they can sell the game in parts via dlc.
definitely looking forward to this one though. everything ive seen so far looks great. hopefully capcom doesn't let me down. they've been outstanding at doing so thus far.
thanks! glad you thought so.
aim for septembers contest. there are a ton of various spots to win something.
this is my first time winning so that info was helpful. thanks.
i won best user blog? no way. wow. that's awesome. i didn't even realize there was a contest till now haha.
thanks to anyone who takes the time to read my posts. its always appreciated.
congratulations to all winners. contests like these are a great way to keep content flowing.
everyone has their own reasons for playing cod. for me its the type of multiplayer that can stay interesting and fun for long periods of time. cod always has a ton of modes, a ton of weapons, more maps than other multiplayer games, a plethora of unlocks and a massive community. i rather not support activision, but i have to hand it to them, for the amount of content and playability that gets packed into call of duty.
if more games had the same basic structure of cod in terms ...
looking like trash and running at 60fps is 2 completely different things.
60fps is better than 30fps in any circumstance. so technically speaking that aspect is better than bf3.
graphically no, but like i said they're is huge difference in looking like trash and running like trash. cod does have great fluidity due to the 60fps. has nothing to do with it being a better game or not.
hahahah the pigeons in gta will forever haunt my inner soul. would be pretty funny if gta5 included double or triple the amount of pigeons haha.
the only in game collectibles i enjoyed, that comes to mind as of now, was in fallout 3. such a blast to track down and find all the bobble heads. plus you get extra stat points, but it was pretty rewarding seeing the entire collection filled on the bobble head stand.
i mean we dont really "need" them in that sense, but theyre in the game for people who want to locate all those items. if you wanna track down 800 feathers in assassins creed or scour for intel items a...
hahahaha that pretty much sums up the entire game.
i think its highly unlikely that iwata will be fired. i mean anything is possible, but i really doubt it would happen. nintendo hit a little speed bump with the 3ds, but they'll recover no problem.
i liked epic mickey a lot, but you're correct. it was essentially one big collect a thon. i was more drawn in with all the locations and characters combined with fun platforming. there was a difference between paint and thinner in the end, but the overall effect was minuscule at best. if they could actually add some clever puzzles and pathways using different styles of paint and thinner it could have been much better. decent game though. i enjoyed it.
i wish the dreamcast was a success and sega was still in the console market. im still a huge fan of the dreamcast and play it almost daily. its a great system with great games. a lot of my all time favorite games have landed on the dreamcast....shenmue series, skies of arcadia, power stone series, jet grind radio, i mean the list goes on and on.
well for me dead island was fun, but i couldn't enjoy the fun because of the bugs which earns negative points for me. i mean im not trying to be harsh, but its rather tough to have a good time playing when audio is cutting out, screen tearing is through the roof and there is so much pop in. it draws me away from the experience instead of pulling me in. Not to mention i have already lost a save. having fun can only go so far if its hampered by the technical issues as a barrier.
