yah i saw it the same way. great game that i fully enjoyed, but i personally would have been a little upset if i paid 64 dollars for it. its a good rental though as you can complete the game in a day or two.
whats wrong with mario fans? why would sony focus on mario fans to begin with?
breaking news: sony is focusing on core gamers not dreamcast fans. pretty irrelevant isn't it?
Yah, it seemed odd to me a first but they're pretty much following the hd remaster standard, 2 or 3 games for 40 dollars. So in retrospect its really no different than any other hd collection. The only issue for me is that i wish it was a retail release instead of merely download only, but ill pick both up regardless.
i just started renting games recently for the 1st time. there is a blockbuster about half a block from me that i can walk to. signed up for the games pass for 21 a month and couldnt be happier. ive rented so many games in the last 2 months since i signed up. crysis 2, homefront, brink, black ops, two worlds 2, shadows of the damned, red faction, and bulletstorm. i really should have done it sooner as ive saved a ridiculous amount of money on games i would have eventually bought at some point....
pretty ridiculous to remove an entire medium of entertainment based vaguely on one mans connection to them.
they don't need to give up on the series just go back to a solid fps with destruction and an engaging story. maybe even keep an open world style hub with exploration. I really like red faction but I just never got hooked into the 3rd person action idea. wish it would have stayed an fps.
do you happen to have gamefly? i tried it out but the service and selection of games was always horrendous. i wonder if its just me or if others are having issues with gamefly. they always take forever to send my games. i wish it was more of a 1 day wait similar to netflix.
cool cool toon looks kinda.....cool. might have to see if i can find a copy. i own all those games and still play them on a regular basis. dreamcast is by far my favorite console. such great games.
i really wish they would develop a new unreal tournament game.
game looks freakin awesome. it looks sort of confusing but in a good way. im interested now.
i dont think people are just hating on it for no reason. i mean the game is definitely fun. i enjoyed it a lot, but when you take into consideration the amount of time it took to release its a bit of a let down. duke nukem forever could have been something much greater so a lot of the complaints are some what reasonable.
i think dragons dogma is about as close as were gonna get to a ps3/360 release of monster hunter.
shadows of the damned is also better
you also have to remember that a used market wouldn't exist unless someone bought a new copy first. used games won't destroy the gaming industry. I can't even buy a used copy till someone buys a new copy so its a fair trade off.
it looks as if sonic is headed in the right direction after a very long and bumpy road. sonic colors was a fantastic, well built game and generations is looking great so far. hopefully sega can keep it up.
release now
patch later
its happening way to much. i dont purchase any games that carry that sort of reputation. why would i want to support a broken game? especially when there are a plethora of titles that can be played instead.
i agree its a very adult themed game but mechanically speaking it has the exact quality's of every causal game on the market. there is no defining line. if wii sports stayed exactly the same gameplay wise, but became more adult themed and mature would it be a core title? or would it still stay casual due to the fact that its just wii sports?
thats really not that bad of a deal. i might pick one up. been wanting to play alan wake and metro 2033.
cant wait to play this one
odd trailer to say the least. not really what i expected. spyro seems to be taking a back seat in his own game.
