I loved AKI / Asmik's take on wrestling back on N64. Though the audio and visuals have aged terribly, the games are still great fun to play to this day! The last type of game in that style we got were EA's Def Jam 1 and 2, and that was a long time ago.

The original is 10/10 and I'm about to complete it for the 14th time. As for Twin Snakes, I got around 30% of the way through, and became bored of it. That tells you everything you need to know.
MGS 1 is one of the greatest games of all time. I'm currently doing my 14th playthrough of the game right now. I'm about to beat it tomorrow night in fact. It has a couple of small rough spots, but over all worthy of all the praise its has received throughout the years.
Twin Snakes on the other hand, I haven't even completed it once. I just can't stand it. Has nothing to do with the cut-scenes (even though I don't like them), its mostly about the control...

I got the pin set, I'm not upset on a personal level, I forgot to put that in my initial post. I'm upset because others have gotten screwed over, when they don't deserve it. Konami just released MGS 1 and MGS 2 on GOG with literally zero effort put into them. They were broken ports all the way back when, and they're broken today. Fan patches exist of course to do the work Konami won't do.
Yet, now there's rumors of a full remake? As if Konami would ever bother to put the money or effort into doing so. Unless of course they license it out to Sony to fund it themselves.
This is correct. Its worded very poorly, but remember that Spider-Man: Miles Morales Ultimate Edition has a $70 MSRP. Now how could anyone come to the conclusion that you could get it all for $20 only? Ridiculous!
Break it down in simple terms:
Miles = $50 game (with free upgrade)
Upgrade old game = $20
Total = $70.
See how simple it is?
Agreed. But they will not fix it. AC will remain a grindy filler game series made specifically for money, with no desire to craft something interesting, exciting, or worthwhile.

If modern games didn't have endless micro-trash-actions, multiple DLC packs or season passes, 3 or more special editions, or 7 patches to fix the bugs that shipped with the original release because they refused to delay it for Black Friday sales, then maybe $70 would be acceptable.
