Yeah, first sentence was fine. Second sentence was cringe.
It would indeed be terrible.

So that makes it a possibility then, huh?
I used to love AC, during the Desmond story arc. Starting with Black Flag the lore was slipping, the game play became tiresome, and the first person modern day stuff was weak as well, but I still enjoyed it, and Rouge, Unity, and Syndicate.
After that though, the games were packed with so much time wasting filler, endless grinding that I just stopped caring. AC:V will be the first game in the series I just don't care to play. I'm sick of endless padding, resource co...
Edit: Apparently this wasn't done by MS, so I'll take back my original statement. But I still don't see the big deal out of this anyway.
And how exactly was he the first, when plenty of people have had Xbox Series X with them for the past few weeks now? Fake journalists, YouTubers, etc. These marketers are really trying to make a big deal out of nothing.
He's literally making a prediction for the first 6 weeks of these consoles lifespan. Why? Its just 6 freakin' weeks. What's the purpose of such a pointless prediction? During the launch window both consoles will be in high demand, and both will sell out, scalpers will try to make a profit off them as well, so again, the first 6 weeks doesn't matter.
Let's see what happens at the first 52 weeks.
Endless grinding, endless resource collection, endless upgrade menus, endless timers, endless micro-trash-action storefronts, endless filler, endless padding.
That's the future? No, and you're an idiot for asking.
Absolutely unnecessary changes, what the hell are they doing? There's no point or purpose to this. Sony is hell bent on erasing their legacy consoles, if they don't want it to show up due to 'cluttered menu options', then have a specific button to press to enable legacy consoles.
The PSN Store when PS3 first came out loaded fast, but a few years later the redesigned store (with ads) was completely awful and slow. NO ONE likes using that barely-working PSN St...
This is a nice feature, but I hate all those long grindy trophies. They should be FUN and INTERESTING to acquire, not boring slog where you'd even want a feature to show you how many repetitive tasks you've wasted hours of your life on doing nothing interesting or fun.
CaptainObvious878, I honestly believe that Phil Spencer is the worst thing to happen to the Xbox division. At least Don Mattrick supported the Xbox One during its early years, even if not all the games were a hit. Here's some of the early first party games from Xbox One:
Dead Rising 3
Forza 5, Forza Horizon 2
Killer Instinct
LocoCycle
Ryse
Crimson Dragon
Sunset Overdrive
Gears of War 4, Gears Ultimate
This PR article should have been posted on The Onion's website instead. I can't believe that they're actually proud of themselves for releasing so many mediocre games. (*facepalm*)
Since 2015 idiots like rakentaja have been telling us to "wait for the games."
Six years now, and what have we gotten since then? Gears 5? Which was an alright game, nothing really spectacular, but I still enjoyed the campaign.
Anything else noteworthy? We're about to enter year seven of "waiting for the games" from one of the richest companies in the world, who for whatever reason can't get their shit in order. This whole situation woul...
Well said, it would be nice to see some promotions related to health positivity instead of poison for the body.
Wait, what the hell are you complaining about? You wanted glitches so that you could speed run in Super Mario 64? You have the original version for that.
You're saying that the game is ONLY relevant because of speed running, not because it was a high quality landmark game upon its original release and is still fun to play today?
Yes, the compilation could have been handled better (same with the pin set), but the lack of glitches is not something to ge...
If modern games didn't have endless micro-trash-actions, multiple DLC packs or season passes, 3 or more special editions, or 7 patches to fix the bugs that shipped with the original release because they refused to delay it for Black Friday sales, then maybe $70 would be acceptable.
But here we are, games are riddled with all of the above. They are sold broken, incomplete, with additional purchases, and are usually over-hyped and under-deliver. Yet they want to increase ...
Because they can't compete the old way, they have to try to change the game (no pun intended).
Nintendo, the pinnacle of integrity. This is what happens when your ego overcomes everything. The success of the Switch has turned Nintendo back into their old selves again.
PS1 memory cards work on PS2 and PS3 (need to buy the adapter).
PS2 memory cards work on PS3 (need to buy the adapter).
GameCube memory cards work on Wii (for models that still have BC).
Ugh... well if nothing else, Steve is unique amongst the roster. But I'm not excited for this at all. Steve over someone like Sora? Sheesh.
"reneging on an earlier promise to not force overtime on the project."
Perhaps that's the part that's considered news? The people in charge went back on their word.
Rare Replay and Crimson Dragon are still left exclusive on Xbox One console. Those are the games I want to play as well, and Crimson Dragon has no chance of being ported to PC unfortunately.
