So wait, you're saying MGS4 did something giganticly different from the other 3 games in the series? Yes, it was an amazing game, but it was good because it was more of what people love about the MGS series with improvements. That's exactly what Gears 2 is doing. Your argument on innovation with LBP is completley valid, but innovation is a lot easier when you're not making a sequel to a beloved game.

I don't see how people can disagree with that. It's definitley going to be in the running with how much people loved Gears 1. I don't think it's going to stand up to Fallout 3 or MGS4, though.
That tends to happen a lot with UStream. Usually refreshing the page fixes it. Either that or your connection is hating you. Mine certainly hates me sometimes.
I'm boggled as well. I haven't seen a single thing thing that looked bad about Dead Space yet. Every game has its quirks, but it's usually kind of obvious when a game is going to do as poorly as 6.5.
I never really cared for OXM's reviews. I find that I mostly agree with TeamXbox or IGN when it comes to reviews.

Honestly, I don't quite understand the craze for the game myself, but I suppose that's just my taste in games. The innovation in it is great, but the gameplay just doesn't excite me. It seems like more of a game that I'd just like to watch videos for to see the cool levels people make. That's just me, though.
