This site is full of both types of fanboys, but the gamer zone is supposed to be unbiased...supposed being the key word. But yeah, read what it says right above the comment box. Watch how you word things, and you'll be a-ok.
Nice picks, I feel GRID definitely didn't as much love as it deserved. The only thing I'd change in there for me is that I'd put Left 4 Dead as my best multiplayer game. I'm a sucker for cooperative play. R2 has great coop(love the RPG-like classes), but I feel that L4D takes a new level of cooperation between your team that no other game has captured.
Looking back at stuff like this reminds me how amazing 2008 was for gamers.
MGS4 is only overrated by the crazy fanboys that think it'll cure cancer and stuff. Most normal people give it the love it deserves(which is a lot).
*Throws hands in the air*
I quit. There's like 8 new articles like this every day. No more valid comments from me on it.
I'm sure there's a lot of people find a ton of value in R2. It has a lot of different things for you to do. Add in the experience system, and you can keep going for quite a while.
High value all comes down to it being your cup of tea, though.
CoD4 is definitely the most value I've gotten out of a console game since Morrowind. Oblivion doesn't count, because I have it for PC =)
Yeah, people like to look for every little tiny infringement to make more money. Sometimes it makes sense, but other times, you just have to sit there in awe to the miniscule details people find.
Please explain how I'm being negative. I'm saying that the PS3 is going fine. It's not doing as well as expected, because it's in last place. Nobody wants to be in last place in the console war, but that doesn't mean it's doing poorly. I really don't want to repeat myself anymore. I say like 8 good things about the PS3, and one slightly negative truth and you have to get all flustered. Sheesh =(
Yeah, I always wonder if PSN would end up like Live if everyone had a mic. No way to really tell.
I hope that's not the case DragonWarrior. That would make for many an unhappy Sony fan.
Snake could totally own Liberty City. Wouldn't even be fair.
Seeing him in Fallout 3's landscape would definitley be an interesting new challenge for him.
It could be so easily coming if Nintendo would show their fans some more love.
Absolutley, you have good choice in weapons my friend.
Yeah, thank the heavens for poor Wii software support. Good point.
You really don't need to be so defensive of Sony, bud. He really said nothing against them. It's a fact that their console isn't doing as well as expected, but that doesn't really mean its doing poorly. Sony did seem kind of arrogant when their console first came out, but I think they learned their lesson, and look at all the great stuff PS3 owners have gotten this year because of it, both in games and updates. It's here to stay, and the good games are going to keep pumping out into next year...
So that does that make the Wii o.O
I thought of saying Chuck Norris, but he wouldn't be too happy if I compared him to such a sissy console.
Yeah, the PS3 is here to stay. It's not going to flop no matter what any silly "analyst" says. Console sales can only say so much.
Right on Dread. Nice to see a logical, unbiased thinker around here. Bubbles buddy.
Who would have ever thought 25 years ago that the majority of gamers would rather flail their arms around like a blooming idiot than sit down and play a quality game? It's sad that casual gaming is starting to take a majority...
From a pure technical standpoint, GTA4 wins, but SR2 is just plain more fun to mess around in.
