They're only going under fire for stepping INTO the "norm," by ripping off CoD.
CoD 2 had women in the russian campaign. Blops had hookers. Shows how many ppl actually were fans of CoD from the beginning.
It doesn't need anti aliasing on the vita. This game runs in Vita's native resolution. With Vita's pixel density the images are going to be sharp and the jaggies would be hardly noticeable.
Or I can just not used it and argue for my beliefs. And yes I like your metaphor because that IS what CoD's doing to the industry. Look at what happened to Crysis, Medal of Honor etc.
Of course we're interested in COD. COD is ruining the industry for the rest of us consumers. CoD popularized overpricing DLC, annual rehashing, over-casualizing gameplay, abandoning innovation etc.

Why not just play Blops 1 zomebie mode? Instead of of dropping $60 for more of the same?
Doubt its any more usable than the Stryker that was in MW2
Why would this matter when most CoD players don't give much toss about singleplayer and multiplayer stats etc are stored on an account?
I'd love to have an Elder Scrolls game too. The touch controls can add so much to RPGs. Imagine touch screen based inventory systems and picking up/dragging around objects with the touch screen. No brainer really. The inventory system in Skyrim with the controller was a pain to use.
Gyro sensing aiming on 3DS doesn't work for me. Tilting the system messes up the 3D and gives me a headache from trying to refocus on the 3D all the time. Gyro sensing does work for me on the Vita in Uncharted Golden Abyss tho, since it didn't have the 3D novelty.
oops my bad. i was counted the images based on the page and not their actual numbers. If that's the case then 19 would be Bad Company 1, 15 is Left4Dead 2, and then i'm not sure about 13.
19 is from Grand Theft Auto Vice City and 13 is from Battlefield Bad Company 2. Not sure about 15.
how about playlists?
Having good gameplay does not excuse sloppy graphics, nor does having good graphics excuse sloppy gameplay. Simple as that.
They certainly don't hurt. Some people just have to find the stupidest things to complain about when there are valid concerns such as the rubbish internet browser, lack of youtube, lack of basic mp3 player features that even the PSP had, among many many other things.
I don't think you know what "laminating" means
Battlecraft was actually what they called the map editor released for BF1942 back in the day.
I remember feeling crazy for spending $50 for Battlefield 2 back in '05, especially when I was still in middle school. It was worth every penny of my school lunch though. can't say for many of the games that came afterwards that cost the same or more. Not even BF3.
This is the problem. Too many companies out there just focusing on grabbing the CoD audience and have their games just rip off of CoD. BF3 maybe better than CoD, but it definitely disappointed the hell out of me because it was no where near as good as BF2. Same thing goes for Crysis, MoH, Splinter Cell etc etc.
