Lara Croft doesn't have a painful origin. Even if it was painful she doesn't show it. Nobody remembered that flashback bit from Legends? She was tough as nails even as a teenager.
Maybe they were sleeper agents from a nearby cathedral trying to fit in the motel setting more? Or maybe they were sleeper agents from a nearby fetish club? Who can say for sure?
That's why we have games like Gravity Rush. We need more exclusive IP's and main franchise titles and less "compliments" these "compliments" aren't going to sell systems either way. These are basically just cash-ins.
They can't be a group of sleeper agents from a nearby cathedral? And I'd say bringing an RPG in addition to a primary weapon and a sidearm is pretty armed to the teeth. And maybe they didn't wear body armor because they opted for speed and agility over being encumbered by the armor?

Agent 47 has his style, those female assassins have their own styles. Plenty of other games have studs showing off their perfect muscular definition but as soon as a game has women doing their equivalent it's sexist?

I know "African-American" is supposed to be the politically correct thing to say but, how often do we hear people calling white people "Caucasian?" Why is it okay to call white people white people but not okay to call black people black people? What's wrong with the color black? Why should it be considered derogatory? I say black people SHOULD be offended when people insist on calling them "African American."

What's wrong with a couple of console ports here and there? Most of the time when a big name franchise is to get a "handheld exclusive" it's outsourced to lesser studios who only try to imitate the style of the main games. They're only there to "compliment" the console releases. They always give me a cheap knockoff feel.
At least we know that we're getting the same quality and depth when a game is a console port.

The screenshots look sharpish. Maybe it wont be another sub-native resolution game(which seem to be the standard)? Or it could just be bullshots like those of Resistance Burning Skies.
I was referring to the quality and the amount of effort put in. Plenty of shooters on the PSP had substantial depth and high production values even with only one analog stick.
Eh if the CoD on the PSP and the ones on the DS is any indication this is going to be a cheap knockoff.

No these are not real people and I had not ended their existence. Just reload the level and they're good to go again. Stop trying to erase the line between virtual and reality. It's annoying.
I felt A LOT safer when I learnt you can hide in the bushes. Most games will have the enemies see you right through them.
