Another bad review...I had moved this game to my "rent" list months ago, but now I won't even bother with that.
I live in the US, and I Googled the company and product, and all I got was media releases.
I'm so used to the triggers on my 360, this will help greatly - for KZ and Resist 2.
He's still bitter that despite his success and his Diablo, he couldn't get a date with Jade Raymond.
It looks great so far. I'm excited - co-op, vehicles...and I actually liked COD3. Though I will admit COD4 was a better game all around, I had more actual FUN with COD3 "War" mode...that's just me.
Looking good so far!
Are you kidding me! This just jumped into the number three position of most desired titles behind Gears 2 and Fable 2...
Again, its "Battlefield" gameplay with LOTR - somebody deserves a medal for a genius idea!
What are you doing, brother! Are you actually writing a fair, non-fanboyish comment!? Wow! You are one brave dude!
In all seriousness - "ditto" everything you wrote!
The demo was fantastic - most fun I've had with an online shooter in awhile.
I think I've outgrown deathmatch games - I can't compete with twitch reflexes, but I can play smart and postition myself and do very well - this is what I like about BF. Besides, I think objective games are just more fun.
So where do I fit in? I feel like a square block they are trying to fit into a round hole, and I'm not the only one. Most of the guys on my friends' list are mid-30's married with young kids.
The programmers for Ubisoft and the other big companies are likely much higher - probably pushing six figures. But these guys and gals are the "rock stars" of programming.
Too bad I probably won't get one until Christmas, but by then, we will be entering the "Golden Age" for the console with a bunch of great games.
But, my 360 shouldn't worry about being left out - Gears 2, Fable 2, Halo Wars...
Must...have...more...time...( and money!)
but don't most of these driving games dedicated to one manufacturer end up in the bargain bin? - This is not a comment on the PS3, just a comment on yet another developer posturing like a rooster.
Hmmmmm...
Certainly not me!
which was similar to Battlefield...I'm down with a lot of players in a game...
As soon as that happens, I'll buy one and pick up MGS4 and any other already released must-play games - probably for pretty cheap.
I'm also saving for a 1080P LCD TV, so when I do get a PS3, I'll have Blu-Ray in all it's glory.
This is what I did with the PS2 - bought it when it hit $129 - got the sleek slimline and quickly built a small library of games for it cheap because they had all been out for awhile. The only game I paid a new release price for was God o...
The large open areas are refreshing after the close-quarters of COD4, R6V2 and Halo 3(the smaller maps).
But I've played GT2,3,4 and Forza 1 and 2. I guess my taste is not sophistocated because I don't sense much difference in handling between the two - both are far more realistic than a Burnout or NFS. - And I concede that I've never played the hardcore PC racers that are supposed to be really "real" - GT and Forza are close enough to reality for me.
Both of these games give me the satisfaction that I've "driven" well when I win or hit the perfect line in a t...
