Gun laws need to change. I know a guy that suffers from PTSD. He has outbursts, gets a disability check every month, sees a shrink.. has a concealed weapons permit and carries a gun every where he goes. This guy and others like him are a DANGER to society, but we legally allow him to walk to streets ARMED, waiting for something to happen.. and when it does, we'll blame video games, which he does in fact play and has played for as long as I've known him.
Just bought it used off GameFly the other week.. other than the demo, I haven't even played it yet, but I'm interested in that Hitler DLC. Waiting for a price drop.
I blame Kinect. Microsoft is determined to push the device to the moon and back and have made every aspect of Xbox Live Kinect friendly even when it's not in the user's best interest.
Friends is what makes it hard to jump ship. You don't want to start playing PS3, when all your friends are playing Xbox. Until they make the plunge knowing you are playing on PS3 and they'll have somewhere there to interact with, they're going to play it safe and stick to what they know.. Xbox. A friend getting PS3 is one of the reasons I got a PS3. Otherwise, I'd probably still be playing Xbox.
I can't speak for other gamers, but for me personally, after being very loyal to the brand for about 6 years, I no longer play Xbox or use Xbox Live. When it comes up for renewal, I won't renew.
About the beginning of 2012, I turned all my attention to Playstation and that's become my primary console. I use it every day for gaming, movies, Netflix and more. I feel it's interface is much more user friendly (my 5 year old uses it), that Netflix is a lot bette...
I'm not excited for this update either, but no biggie - I've been taking advantage of a lot of Christmas sales and have a TON of new stuff to play while I wait for something amazing comes along on PS Plus.
The same thing happened with the original Wii. Why would the Wii U be any different?
The list forgot to mention Xbox's exclusive Kinect line-up of about 150 games.
It seems the biggest complaint on this game is that it's designed to be EASY for the more modern players. Reviewers (and gamers with an opinion) seems to overlook that there is more than one difficulty setting. Try playing the game on it's hardest difficulty if it's too easy for you.

I'm using up WAYYYY too much HDD space as is with all the Plus titles I've downloaded. I've already had to delete quite a bit of stuff. I can't afford to lose another 6.2 GB.. IF I decide to pick up Far Cry 3, I might have to resort to getting it on Xbox.
Yea, it's straight-forward for those who only care about completing the story and moving on to something else, but that's not what Hitman is really about. Each level has multiple challenges to execute - adding tons of replay value on a game with already high replay value. The game is a beast and I'm having a blast discovering new ways for my targets to meet their demise over and over again.
Man, I was getting all excited, then I saw they were getting rid of Crysis 2 and I thought.. wait a minute, Crysis 2 was never available on my Playstation Plus! That's when I realize this was Europe's update.. not the U.S's.
I FAIL.
First week sells, to me, don't mean much. Those are your early adopters who will buy anything based on the name alone and with Christmas coming up.. that trend will continue. Let's see how the Wii U does AFTER Christmas. Then we'll know rather or not it's a "must have" system.
Women can be evil, too. I know this for a fact.
I think there is some kind of law about fair use or something like that, which is why they have to match retailer prices. It's kinda like gas prices and why every gas station typically sells it at the same price in an area.
But I agree, no disc.. no case.. should equal greater savings.
I'm no expert, but it looks like you could just adjust the brightness/contrast on the PC/Xbox/PS3 version and it would pretty much match up with the Wii U version.
I thought it's biggest challenge was convincing chubby couch potatoes to get up and move with Kinect.
A 1??? But it's Call Of Duty.. the mentioning of Call Of Duty alone in it's title warrants at least an automatic rating of 5. The reviewer is clearly clueless on how this works.
I got Far Cry 3 and Halo 4 for $25 each at Walmart lastnight. I took the Toys R Us ad this week to have them price match it, but the assistant manager must not have known what he was doing or is just very bad at math. He ended up charging me $25 each for the 2 games.
