Kinect killed Xbox for me. I use to play every single day, while my PS3 collected dust, but they kept pushing Kinect integration.. so, I play a lot of PS3 now and my Xbox collects the dust.
I didn't know it was compatible with the Move. I'll definitely check that out. Last week, I was considering getting rid of my Move controllers.
I'm waiting for the helmet, backpack and utility belt to go along with it and all the other stuff I'll need to play.
I'm not sold on it yet. Those are nice scores, but that's for only 2 games.. 2 games that are Nintendo exclusive licenses, which Nintendo typically always delivers on. Let's see the scores of 3rd party titles and see how they compare to the other big 2. $500+ is a lot of money to spend on a great Mario game, but subpar ports of everything else.
I won't. In about 2 weeks from now, I'll be busy playing Hitman: Absolution.
I'm still waiting for the WWE Wrestlefest game that I thought was suppose to release back in August. Anybody know when it's coming out???
Pre-order bonuses should be the same no matter where you buy the game. What gets me is when a bunch of games I want come out at the same time.. and I can't afford to get all of them, so I have to choose and miss out on the pre-order bonuses. That said, the Hitman Sniper Challenge is awesome. I've spent a lot of hours playing it.
My biggest question is will Plus Vita, be included with the Playstation Plus membership I already have or will it be entirely seperate, meaning I have to give Sony more money.
Just bought Fan Axxess today on Playstation Plus for $10, instead of $20.. something I was going to buy regardless, so Plus just saved me $10.
Man, I loved AC2, but even it started out slow. That game really picked up once you acquired all your abilities and delivered hardcore. That's why I couldn't get into Brotherhood, because I felt like I was starting over from scratch and I never even touched Revelations. I have high hopes AC3 delivers the way AC2 did. 24 hours!
I don't put much thought into reviews. A lot of reviewers get paid to review a game and that makes me question rather or not if they're even a fan of the genre they're reviewing. If I had to review a Final Fantasy game, it would get a low score, because I'm not a fan of those kind of games. On the flip side, if I had to review Hitman.. it would be a guarantee 9, maybe even a 10, because I love the Hitman franchise. I don't know these reviewers. I don't know what...
So, basically your options are GameStop and Amazon. Both come with Mike Tyson, but pre-order at GameStop and you get CM Punk's "Ice cream bar" t-shirt. Pre-order at Amazon and you get Pennywise's album download. That's the whole article.
I do like ice cream!
Yea, and that's what Microsoft said, but then the dashboard began favoring Kinect.. and I wonder how many people actually use Kinect to navigate the dashboard. Almost all of the Xbox exclusives are Kinect games. Yea, Xbox still coexist with controller based games still, but it's still heavy on Kinect.
Avatar gear, especially accessories, like pets, are pointless with the new way Xbox Live is set up. A total waste of money.
The forced down our throats push of Kinect is why I rarely play my Xbox anymore.. and I use to play it every single day. Now I play all my games, watch all my movies with the PS3. Not sure what I'm going to do if Sony pulls the samething Microsoft did.
Cliffy B should go to the highest bidder. He doesn't just bring experience from working on a major hit, like Gears Of War, but he brings recognition to whoever he works with. Cliffy B is one of the most recognizable people in the game industry and that recognition is worth millions.
Exactly @OVOXO_Mike #1.6. Gamers act like if a sequel isn't wildly different from it's predecessor, that it's nothing special. When I bought Gears 3 after playing Gears 1 and 2, I didn't expect it to be more like Halo or God Of War.. I expected it to be like Gears Of War.
Good luck with that, Cliff. Enjoy the money, but I hope creative freedom isn't what you're looking for, because that's something you will NOT have anymore. Say hello to the suits thats will be watching your every move telling you how to do your job for me.
Make up for it in November with free Hitman: Absolution DLC please! :)
I'm in for Max Payne 3! Good timing, too.. our Kmart is closing in January.
