I'm proud to say I've never played it. Saw it on sale a few weeks ago after I got my new laptop and thought about getting it, but I thought about all the bad "addiction" stories I've heard over the years and didn't want to subject myself to that kind of possibility.
IF Sony did allow used games and Microsoft doesn't.. SONY WINS. Period.
Always online, plus Kinect.. Let's SPY much, Microsoft?

I'll probably pick these up. Zen Pinball is a great lazy day kinda game that I can mess around with at home on my PS3 or on the move with my Vita. I'm all for new tables.
Yea, and that's only the beginning. Imagine what we'll be seeing 2, 4, 6 years into the consoles lifespan. Amazing times ahead!
And GameFly. I've taken advantage of quite a few of their used game sales.
I don't shop at GameStop nowhere near as much as I use to. I use to know everybody that worked at my GameStop on a first name basis, but they left and I stopped gaming so much and when I did, I almost always found a better deal on the games I wanted somewhere else.
I think the main reason I stopped shopping there, though, was because I smartened up on trading my games in. Before, the ability to trade games and put the money toward new games greatly appealed to me, but t...
That would actually be pretty bold and amazing on Microsoft's part. I still remember the excitement when Microsoft unveiled the new "Kinect ready" black Xbox 360 at E3 and said it was shipping to stores.. that week! It was a very successful campaign for Microsoft and with Sony supposedly revealing the PS4 later this month to release late this year, could a surprise June release be completely out of the question??? That would be huge, especially if all of this Fall's big g...
I thought Europe PS+ got this free last month.
ONE review, ONE person's opinion. So what!
You can't please everyone. Just because this guy gave it a low (?) 7.75, doesn't mean you wouldn't personally give the game a 9.9 To each his own. If the other reviewers start giving the game a score of 4 or 5 out of 10, then I would be skeptical, but till then, CHILL.
With DLC coming out, it wouldn't surprise me at all if Sleeping Dogs becomes a Playstation Plus "freebie" sometime during that release schedule in North America.
It was already a Plus "freebie" in Europe.
*fingers crossed*
Illumiroom doesn't appeal to me. I actually have STUFF in my playing environment (Living room) and I don't have a completely empty room where I can take full advantage of something like that, which Microsoft apparently thinks everyone has considering the space requirements for Kinect.
I love how people so freely add "fanboy" to the fans of the console they favor as if it's some kind of insult. When in actuality, they're admitting to be a "fanboy" of the opposite console they're insulting.
Is there really a difference between a PS3 "fanboy" and an Xbox "fanboy"? You're both gamers. A lot of the games you play are on both consoles. The only thing different is your means of playing.
It didn't hurt the PS2's sales. The system still sold well up til it's demise this past December.
I think it's important for Sony to match Microsoft in price or be cheaper. Parents are going to take the cheapest option (like they did with the Wii).. and IF the new Xbox and PS4 release Holiday 2013, dimwitted parents not knowing any better might still go with the likely more cheaper Wii U, boosting Nintendo's sales. Both consoles have a huge fanbase, but I think kids tend to favor Xbox, so it'll probably do better at Christmas time than the PS4, regardless of it's price. ...
Feb 20 could be a quiet reveal, without getting into the hardware specs. Save the big reveal for E3, as people will tune in to see just what all the PS4 can do. In this way, it'll be on level with Microsoft, as people will tune in to see how Microsoft retaliates. It doesn't necessarily give Microsoft the edge.. if anything, I think it puts them on par. Ultimately, the consumer decides.
I picked it up Day 1 and I'm loving it. Blood Money looks outstanding! My only complaint is learning the controls for one game and then switching to another and having to learn a new control scheme. I wish they would've just had all 3 games support the same controls.. or at least include that option.
My copy is already paid for at GameStop. So, when all the big releases hit this Fall, I at least have peace of mind knowing that the biggest of them is already paid for, but I'd rather have had the game this Spring, because I'll have plenty of other stuff to play at the end of the year.. and more than likely, on a new console, at that.
There are a lot of gamers in the UK, so this is somewhat a reflection of how the Wii U is being perceived as a whole.
And this is bad, because now that the Holidays are over, you can't so much factor in Holiday buyers or the hardcore Nintendo fans who bought it Day 1.. the Wii U is now standing on it's own legs and these numbers represent it's appeal to the general consumer.
