This is nothing. Wait till November 15 and 22.
My GameStop is, which is why I like the place, despite all the bad press GameStop gets. In all the years I've been going there, they have never had anyone like that woman working for them.
Not really, but it's good business to let them think that they are.
She tried to play it off as a joke in front of everybody to save face, making an ass of herself in the process, but I'm betting she pissed herself a bit when she realized that dude was serious about reporting her.
I hate people like that. She knew she did wrong - otherwise, she would have been professional about it, give the guy her full name and accept whatever course of action GameStop dished out at her, which, I guess, was termination if that's true.
Agreed. Besides that, there is going to be a ton of other stuff to tide us over on next-gen for years. By the time GTA VI comes out, we'll be ready for it in a BIG way.
Just let me stream my digital copy of GTAV to my PS4 through Gaikai and we're cool, Sony. But I def see a "complete edition" coming to PS4 a year from now.
I clicked on this article.
*lowers head in shame.*
Keep in mind, these ads were put together months ago, long before any release date was announced. We knew Xbox One was releasing in November, but Sony only said 'Holiday 2014'. So, it could have been released Christmas day, as far as retailers knew.
First, this ad was probably put together months ago. But more so, between PS4 and Xbox One, I'd say Xbox One would appeal more to kids. My 5 year old can play several games on Kinect, but there isn't anything she can play on PS3 other than a port of the old Spyro game. So, being a toy store, I can understand them advertising the Xbox One over the PS4. Ultimately, I'm sure they'll support both.
Kinda makes you wonder what would happen if Activision would spend $300 million and put 5 years of work into the next Call Of Duty.
Somewhere, Square Enix is saying "We'll see if it's successful. It still has a long way to go."
Howcome nobody ever blames Justin Bieber?
Playing GTA V at the moment, but I'll definitely pick up SR4's DLC once I get bored with it.
I have Battlefield 4, Watch_Dogs and Killzone: Shadow Fall pre-ordered for the PS4 launch. Between those 3, I'm thinking I'm going to start with Killzone since it's exclusive to PS4.
Hmmm..
I guess I better call GameStop and ask about this. I think their policy is they will hold pre-orders for 48 hours. PS4 comes out 72 hours later, so if I wait to pick up my copy of BF4 when I get my PS4, will I lose the pre-order bonuses?
Can't they just use a genie and wish for a copy?
I kinda like that this would be a great way to see how much better next-gen is. Play Call Of Duty: Ghost on current-gen for a couple of weeks and then upgrade to next-gen, the differences should be immediately obvious.
But I'm cheap, so I'll just wait for the next-gen version.
Loved Saints Row IV, but this close to GTA V.. nahhh. No thanks.
Do we know if cheats affect trophies/achievements yet?
Wow! They are bringing the game to the big screen. I heard they wrote a POEM based on the game, too. Crazy!
LOL @ journalism these days.
