I got TONS of stuff to play at launch. More stuff than I can handle probably between the PS4 and Xbox One. So, I'm totally cool with this delay. My copy of Watch_Dogs was already paid for, so it's nice to have something already "taken care of" to look forward to in 2014.
You mean to tell me all that work I did dying 500 times to kill those 10 guys and obtain those 2 dog tags won't count for nothing?
And what's wrong with that?
To each his own. I'll never understand why people feel the need to bash the choices of others when those choices don't match their own. And it's not just with game consoles, but pretty much everything in life.
Tell me WHY I - who you do not know - should follow your lead and get your preferred choice? What good is it going to do me to be playing something YOU like, instead of something I like? And why should I e...
I have the PS4 and Xbox One pre-ordered. I'm getting Killzone, Watch_Dogs, Battlefield 4, Dead Rising 3 and probably Ryse at launch, but it's Killzone I'm most looking forward to tearing into! IDK why, but something about this game has me super excited to get my hands on it and this video only helped escalate that excitement. One more month!!!
Great points, particularly with the exercise and Skype integration. I never even thought of that! I already have my Xbox One paid for (and a PS4), but your post got me even more excited for the possibilities to come. Thanks! Bubble up!
I don't mind Kinect being part of the package. My 6 year old LOVES it and that alone makes it worth the extra cost. Besides that, better to pay an extra $100 for it as part of the package, rather than $150 for it as a solo add-on.
I do wish they would give us digital Xbox One ports of Kinect Sports 1 & 2 as a freebie to go along with it, especially since Kinect Sports Rivals has been delayed.
R* for president!
Walmart and Sam's Club are still taking preorders.
I think it's unfair to say "Playstation fanboys." It could have just as easily been "Xbox fanboys" had it been the other way around. Gamers, as a whole, need to get their act together when controlling their "fanboyism". I don't know why they find it so hard and so disturbing to allow others to enjoy another console other than the one they think is best.
I don't understand why anyone would buy Drive Club at launch.. or even for a few months afterwards. You can play it with your PlayStation Plus subscription, which you are going to need anyway if you plan on playing online.
Sure, Drive Club PS+ edition might not be the full game, but it's still a GREAT way to try the game out before committing to pay full price for it. Even if you do like it, the PS+ edition will probably be enough to get your fill of it, in which la...
It's not even on my radar this go-round. I'm already picking up Killzone: Shadow Fall and Battlefield 4 at (PS4) launch. Their multiplayer will take care of me for awhile. I do hope the RedBox rents the next-gen version of COD at some point in the near future, though.
I marked hard for my all-time favorite, Brian Pillman being included as DLC last year and this year, I'm excited for the Ultimate Warrior, Randy Savage and Big John Studd.
So, yes. Yes, they do.
I've already pre-ordered and paid for mine somewhere else, but awesome for those really wanting one that have already paid off their PS4.
I don't care to hide them. I'd want to delete them as if I never touched the game. I only have a few 0% ones, but I've played such a long list of games that it takes forever to sync them all.
Lucky me, I pre-ordered mine back in June and it's already paid off. So, I think I'm good come launch day.
This is why I prefer consoles over PC. Not only do consoles offer a level playing field, but keeping up with the minimum requirements to run a game on PC can get expensive.. really expensive!
Not hating on Microsoft, but it's not like they are going to come straight out and say that the government will be watching our every move with Kinect. That would absolutely KILL the Xbox One. So, of course, they are going to deny it even if it is true. And if it IS true, the government will want the Xbox One in every home possible and won't come out and say it either. So, it's a matter of.. who do you trust? And is it worth the risk?
Personally, I don't ...
IDK why you have so many disagrees. You're absolutely correct.
You should be use to this by now. The same thing happened with the PS3 and Xbox 360. Despite one console being more powerful than the other, 3rd party games will always be virtually identical. This is why Sony exclusives tend to be the most highly rated games of the generation, because they are the only games that will tap into all that extra power the PlayStation has to offer.
Delays are to be expected with it being new consoles devs are working with. I hope this isn't true for DriveClub, because it would be a huge blow to PS+, unless Sony replaces it with something just as good. On the other hand, Sony has been a VERY generous company these last few years, so I'm sure they'll do us right if this is the case.
