ME2 was an incomplete game without the Cerebrus Network DLC. Without it, the game has no side quests at all... Other than scanning planets.
I watched the video, and if you look at an objective moments, like where they jump, or when they lunge, its response time is instant.
If you are perceiving some lag, it is that the avatar arms are not exactly one to one with real life arms, and it takes a moment for the animation to sync with the gesture.
Also, having played a game similar to this, Child of Eden, THERE IS NO LAG.

We know exactly the current state of the Nintendo online service... It doesn't exist. In the next year they need to build a social network from scratch something nintendo has never done, and the couple of times they have tried it, has been a total disaster.
Shame on you microsoft! This game was a day one buy for me when it was gonna be an xbla title. I would have happily payed 1600 msp for it. But wow, you are gonna put it on the retail shelf for $40??? Fourty bucks for a 2 hour game?
Yeah, I don't think it is fixed in stone at all. I think this generation doesn't end until the consoles stop selling. With the PS3 and Xbox both up yoy, there is no reason to think it will happen anytime soon.
And quite frankly, with the WiiU still basically being all vaporware neither Sony nor Microsoft are under any pressure to release any time soon.

The whole reason the PS line exists at sony is to pimp the sales of whatever proprietary media format the company is whoring around. There will not be a PS4 because Blu-ray will be the last physical media that movies are distributed on.
