Over the last year there has been a shift from developing with textures, to developing with a technology called substances. Substances require the more capable GPU on the xbox to work. This game is just the beginning.

Unreal engine just recently got support for substances in the last few months, so it won't be until next year that we really see the xbox multi-plats curb stomping the ps3 versions all over the place.

Now the key thing to remember here is ...

They have started including an expiration date in the download terms... The last time you can download xbox 360 games, movies, etc is in 2019.

So basically, your download items are only borrowed until 2019.

I am ambivalent about this, as I am sure I will have moved onto some other gaming platform by then.

I don't know why you are getting disagrees, replacement hard drives for the ps3 now cost more tha similar hard drives for the xbox...

Uncharted 3 failed to meet expectations because it was supposed to be a game so great that xbots were supposed to kill themselves in humiliation in awe and wonderment at the perfection of this game.

In that regards U3 was a total failure. I can't think of ~any~ reported suicides by xbots because of the release of U3.

How can a review like this be useful if they don't show the actual unboxing...
