Well so far this year, the xbox has outsold the ps3 by 700k units, so basically as long as it is outselling the ps3 I don't think any amount of calculus or chart drawing would ever lead you to conclude that the ps3 will ~ever~ outsell the xbox.
Now Im not saying that is not going to happen, it is just with the facts in hand it is simply logical to conclude that the ps3 will never outsell the xbox.
If someone could show me some facts that indicated otherwi...
Notice how all the big games are release in october, november, and december? That is because those are the big months for video game consoles and games. That way you are releasing and advertising games when people are likely to buy them.
If they wait until the next advertising blast kicks off, all the kinect games will get a boost.
Never release a new product before labor day and all that.

The lesson here for the ps3 fan trolls is be careful for what you wish for. You guys have been going on for months... Where are the exclusives? Where are the core games for Kinect?

Because the xbox already works a lot better than the cable boxes that have onDemand services here in the states, and yes, us cable rates are extremely high. For example, I have opted for xbox live + netflix + huluPlus as my video service, because that is a better value proposition at about ~$50 a month than a comparable video package from my cable service which would be $100+
But never mind that, the xbox simple works better as a on demand video service than the crappy Motor...
Pro-tip: The e3 keynote will be on xbox live the day after the thing... They will probably have it broken down into the juicy bits as well if you want to ignore the boring parts, and only get the exciting bit.
Also, blu-ray while not a failure, is not really what you would call a huge success either...
I mean here we are 5 years in, and when it is not a holiday month only 10%-15% of movies sold are blu ray... At a time when overall dvd sales are on the decline because people are switching to downloads in droves...

I use kinect as a remote control for zune, netflix and hulu right now. I would like a core game to play eventually. But as it stands right now, I am happy with kinect with what it does right now... Although, I wish they would hook up video chat with kinect, I don't get why I can't video chat with it...

During the outage, the PSN fans here were pretty adamant that PSN only has a couple of million users, and that most PSN users have like 10 accounts each.
And the story appears to be completely fake...
And there is a difference again between being compromised and totally pwned across 3 continents and about five different networks.
It isn't Sony being down that gives him pleasure, it is watching the hubris and displeasure of PS3 fantrolls that he is getting enjoyment from.
But that is besides the point... It is memorial day weekend, all of you should be outside enjoying the weather, but then if you hadn't gotten your fix of online gaming for the last 6 weeks, I guess I sort of see the issue;P
i used Kinect to pause, rewind, and play again Robocop this morning, so I guess Kinect sort of wins by default.

That chart looks like to correlates to the EDD division, not the xbox. That division also has all the failed phones MS has tried to make over the last 5 years, and the Zune, and Danger (which accounts for most of that negative number) were rolled into EDD.
The xbox is actually why that division is not in crazy worse shape. They cover this at every conference call... If they spun the xbox off into its own division it would be crazy profits, but ...

It is not about having enough money. It is have having a life outside of video games. With third party support I already have more than enough games on the xbox. The only thing a bunch of 1st party games would do is add to the number of games that I will never play.
I mean... I haven't even gotten to Dragon Effect yet, let alone Dragon Effect 2...
