I have said before that I probably won't ever get Kinect, but the more I think about it the more I see why things "like" it are needed. With the rapid increase in phone gaming, within 5 year or less it is likely you will be able to get the same level of graphics and story on your phone. Now not everyone will use this type of gaming because of obvious reasons, but what if they allowed you to somehow hook it to your TV or use a controller, then those obvious reason become void. <...

"unfortunately, if we’re not allowed to manage this experience directly and establish a relationship with you, it disrupts our ability to provide the support you expect and deserve."

Since when has EA ever cared about customer service, one call to there CS department will tell you that. I will never forgive them for screwing up one of my favorite franchises. All you get from EA is BS, there just money hungry...

I use to be mainly a PC gamer, but consoles just appeal more to me now. Only the very hardcore crowd are going to care about better graphics. The only games I still play on PC are RTS (Which I hope by next gen consoles will have more of), and games that have the better experiences on the PC (not graphically but better gameplay).

So car manufacturers, PC companies, or any other company known to sell products in a retail environment should see income post market?

No, I didn't think so...

You don't think games get wear & tear? Games get smudges, scratches, broken cases, and so forth. Everything gets some wear & tear over the years.

But that has little to do with the initial point. NO other product is restricted like software from resale rather it be personal or a store. Any other thing you buy your free to re-sell or do anything else you want to do with it, and this should be the same with software (other than copying and modification for obvious r...

While I understand developers and publishers want to make there money, it appalling really that software is about the only thing where it is acceptable to do this kind of stuff. Would you expect a used car to come with half of its features missing or a used house to come with no windows or doors or for those companies selling those to things to impose those type of restrictions. I don't think so... and don't give me that BS about not really owning the game, that's pure BS that th...

Dumb article... the future is constantly changing, so I love how anyone can know what the future will entail.

I have a failed to see ANY game on a phone that comes close to matching a console. Sure some games look nice close up, such as Real Racing 2, but as soon as the cars your racing gets a little bit outside of your cars view range... the graphic quality drops significantly. They look like little blocks on wheels.

Not to mention that consoles games and hardware continue to sale well, even with phones that look good. Sure once the phones reach this level of detail, if they bring &...

Everyone? I'm pretty sure not everyone is... I damn sure know I'm not.

I may just have to do that then, since Halo Reach is a prequel I may start there... and pick this up when it comes out. Might go ahead and get Halo 2 and 3 from Amazon or something, and just hold them until I get the first Halo remake.

I mean I have played Halo before but it was YEARS ago, and it was with friends... so we basically ran through the story, so I really have no idea about the story.

What I wonder is though, will they remake the other games after ...

Question for Halo fans, would you say it's worth getting all the Halo games if your an single player type of gamer... meaning I don't play online. Would it be worth me getting them all for the campaign, as I'm thinking about getting them all because I haven't played through the stories.

Or do you think there only worth multiplayer?

Yea 10 bucks a month for "select" games that they allow you to play, but new releases will cost you. I would probably support that system if it was $10 a month for all of there games, such as Netflix does with movies. But there is no way in hell I would pay full price for games that I don't own, not when I can just go to the store and buy a game then trade it in for some money back or keep it forever. Not to mention there are other MAJOR DISADVANTAGES to the service that make re...

I love how when OnLive is brought up in interviews, nobody brings up the REAL issues with service. They don't care if you want to actually own your games, if they did they would bring out a download service to go along with OnLive. They don't care if your internet sucks, like a majority of people in the US. They don't care if there service get hacked, and you can't play your games while the rest of us are still playing on consoles.

These idiots that follow the...

I don't see why anyone would not want this, Elder Scrolls has always been about making a character and living in a world that resembles a "fantasy" life. More features that add to that are good thing in my opinion... I want as many features as the can put in.

I have never played Jak & Daxter... but it looks like there good games. I hope they do an HD collection before a new one though so I can experience it from the beginning. In all honesty in my opinion Uncharted 4 should wait until the PS4 releases... what more can they really accomplish with the PS3, from a hardware standpoint I think there at the max.

I didn't get to experience a lot of old PS2 games as I didn't get one until way late in its lifecyle and by then t...

I want a good Superman game, since that is my favorite DC character. But the key word is good, and I don't know if there is a developer that can really pull it off. Given the right game-play and the right story, and we could be talking about the next Batman AA. But its a game that would have to be given a lot of thought, and time in development.

Anyone who thinks that gamers who play Mario or Zelda (or any other core Nintendo experience) are not "real" gamers are idiots. Nintendo franchises are what made gaming what it is today, I don't care if your a fan-boy (or fan-girl in this case) of Sony or MS... if your a so called "real" gamer then you ought to know it was Nintendo who "revolutionized" gaming in the 80/90's and for that we owe them for what we get to experience today in gaming. Furthermor...

I love when writers try to justify something with no evidence to actually back up there claims... is this what they do all day?

There are lots of reasons why phone gaming is successful, just as there are lots of reasons that handheld gaming will continue to be successful... 99% of REAL GAMERS will chose to play games on a HANDHELD over a phone. But this doesn't mean they won't also buy games for there phone. I'm not saying it won't cut into some of that mark...
