Yes, the "facts." His lawyer negotiated that obstruction charge in return for his testimony against the others.
Once again, the "facts" show that Ray Lewis destroyed evidence. They say that he settled with daughter of one of the victims. Common sense says he got away with murder. You can choose to look the other way because he wasn't convicted and he is a great football player. But his actions say otherwise.
And LOL about OJ. If ...
OJ Simpson was never convicted of Murder either. I wonder if you feel the same way about him.
Ray Lewis was never convicted because he was the only one who could afford a high priced lawyer. He pointed the finger at his buddies and got away with it.
He hid (trashed) the suit he was wearing that night, and it was never found. He paid off the daughter of one of the Victims to avoid a civil suit. Are these the actions of an innocent man?
The...
LOL at a Ravens fan saying Vick is overrated and taking a shot at him. No fan of a team with Ray Lewis on it should be casting stones.
@nycrekid
Different market. Most Smartphone prices are marked up insane amounts to make people feel like they got a good deal when its "only $200 with a 2 year contract". In short, most Smartphone consumers are dumb and dont know any better.
Handheld gaming devices are seen in a different light. Even at $299 access to the NGP is limited for the younger demographic. Most parents wont spend that kind of money on what they see as a toy. Its not li...
IMO it will follow the tablet model, which puts a $100 premium on 3G....$299 for WiFi only, $399 for 3G. Anything more for the WiFi version will not sell. $299 is already steep for a handheld gaming device.
I'm a VT alum so I hope Vick continues to pull his life back together, but I have a hard time seeing EA letting Vick on the cover of Madden.
Besides, that thing is cursed. Last time he was on the cover he promptly went down for the entire season.
LOGIC, Hotz does not win by default. What he did was the equivalent of a criminal plea bargain. He essentially admitted that he is guilty, and agreed to Sony's terms. Sony was never out to bankrupt this kid. All they wanted to do was send a message to Hackers that they would protect the integrity of their system.
As Assassin said above me, no precedent needs to be set. The FCC already ruled that smartphones can be unlocked. They also made it clear that their ruling ...
Wrong. A settlement was reached, Hotz didn't win any money. What he did manage to do is lie to everyone who donated to him though. By agreeing to his injunction, he wont be touching the Xperia Play or any other Sony Product.
I'd be willing to bet he spilled what he knew about anyone else that hacked the PS3 as well. Of course those idiots posing as Anonymous will claim that this is their doing, however this settlement has likely been in the works for some time. ...
So that explains why a 360 fanboy submitted it right?
Thats funny, my launch PS3 still has Backward Compatibility. Still has Other OS too.
They took it out because people were getting too much out of it? What a croc. They took it out because one certain individual tried to bypass the hypervisor through it.
BC and Other OS weren't included on the Slim models because surveys concluded that people would rather have a cheaper PS3 than have those features. Maybe if people such as yourself would have support...
Movie and Game on same disc? I already have Vesperia for the 360, but the extra content + movie would be enough for me to re-buy.
Primordial, a person's "right to privacy" is not absolute. A person cannot go on the internet and do whatever they want behind the cloak of anonymity. Otherwise there would be no need to log IP addresses, account information, etc.
There are certainly situations where privacy should be upheld, such as one domain selling personally identifiable information to another. However when viewing questionable content there is no reasonable expectation of privacy.
You don't really think he is Christian do you?
Sev is hardly a 360 fanboy. He is right, why does this even matter? The two console versions look virtually the same, and run virtually the same.
I can understand why PC gamers are pissed though. Crysis 2 on the PC should be pushing DX11 features.
He's probably referring to how AT&T has been allowed to once again establish an oligopoly by gobbling up competitors like Cingular and T-Mobile.
Echo, why does it matter period? Its not as if the PS3 doesn't sell in the US. Its not as if its going to lose support, especially considering Sony's 1st party portfolio. You narrow it down to one region for one reason and one reason only...to beat your chest about "winning". The PS3 fanboys will respond that you aren't winning overall, and the cycle will continue.
Why should gamers care about other markets? Well, I don't know about you, but I ...
You know what is ironic? This "new disc format" is likely an update to the security on 360 DVDs.
You can't remove what you never had. Slim PS3s never had emulation, or Other OS for that matter. My Fat PS3 still emulates PS2 games just fine. It also still has Other OS because I never had the need to update past 3.15, I just use my Slim.
By your logic, I suppose I should be mad at MS for breaking Hard Drive and Memory Card compatibility with the 360S, considering I couldn't just buy a 4GB model and use my original HD when I upgraded.
Fact is y...
@Ryudo
Did you buy that iPhone 4 unlocked / sim-free? Because if you did it would have cost nearly the same.
YOU are the the one making fanboy comments by comparing a smartphone to a handheld, then making ridiculous claims about Android being years behind the iPhone. Many of the most popular games on the iPhone are available on Android. Oh, and Playstation Suite will only be available on Android at launch, which will pretty much vault Android past iTunes w...
I doubt that is what Miyamoto is referring to. After all, something similar has already been done with remote play on the PS3. I still have a hard time buying that Nintendo would put a 6" HD touchscreen on every controller. That would drive the cost per controller way up, and Nintendo's MO is to keep costs down.
I'm interested in Project Cafe, but I really hope Nintendo is willing to put out a nice piece of tech and subsidize the initial cost. They have made ...
