Don't get me wrong, it looks good from a usability standpoint, and appropriate to their mass-appeal direction, but I was hoping for something a bit less kiddie and more in line with the cool aesthetics of the unit design.

At least they were able to step up to the plate wearing all the proper equipment.

MS Bat: $200
MS Batting Helmet & Shoes: Premium Bundle only
MS Jockstrap: ~$90 (Coming in Spring - Cup extra)

;) Oh hush. JK.

Disappointing. The interface looks too much like one of those dedicated Fisher Price educational TV games. What's with the Mickey Mouse hand pointer?

They've always said they were aiming for that amount. It's a "target". All companies do that. There's a degree of uncertainty when you're dealing with manufacturing numbers like these, and if you expect a 100% figure, you have no idea how things work. The people complaining the loudest are just spoiled gamers and fanboys.

What are you talking about? There was no 720p version of that video. You have to view an HD-quality version from sites like Gamespot, IGN, Gametrailers, etc. I hope you didn't think that just clicking the 'full-screen' button on that low-res video meant you were getting a 720p version.

It's the fault of forum owners for allowing copyrighted material to be posted on their sites. Maybe a snippet of a page here and there is fine, but this wholesale scanning and copying of entire pieces is ridiculous.

It's not that Bungee is a bunch of spoil sports, it's that more and more gamers are becoming spoiled brats.

It's well known that the cinemaatics in MGS since MGS 2 on the PS2 all use the in-game engine. They're spruced up a little bit, but they all use the in-game engine. Google's your friend.

You can't even speak/write correctly - why do you keep posting?

All you kids constantly showing list after list as if they meant something! So cuuute! ;)

This info was already posted. Enough already.

What the hell is with your brain? Please, when you're in an altered state, stay away from the keyboard.

...MAN CANNON. Bahahaha! Here comes Jack Thompson!

No, because the add-on doesn't support HDMI (yet). If that ever happens, it would probably be 1.3, but no one knows if or when that might happen.

"Then buy skates." ROFLMFAO... Post of the day.

I'd rather over-done than half-baked. ;)

Terrific ad. Nice and creepy. It's a great classy teaser ad. A helluva lot more imaginative than most game ads.

7053d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

You are severely lacking in the imagination department. Stick to your sports games.

You're just looking for something to complain about.

" Commercials that make people go WTF or huh? are not what I would call good advertizing." -- Then you don't know much about advertising, do you?

With the flashable OS, DivX support could easily be added in the future.

Don't forget the PS3's complete lack of 360-compatibility. I mean, come ON. What were they thinking by not including that? Surely that would've actually REDUCED the price and added a ball-shaver! Har.
