For some reason I suspect that his <enter> key is broken.
Yeah, not like those pesky Unimaginative Dreamers...
I hope they studied the hell out of Just Cause 2, which is my current favourite open-world game.
"OFFICIAL"???
Sh*T Just Got Real.
Microsoft's just going to buy OnLive for the next gen.
I could see them keeping the name or changing it to "LiveOn". ;)

Regan, from The Exorcist: You couldn't get her from behind.
Plus she has a mean crucifix and can blind you with pea soup.
I wonder what kind of a grade the author got for this assignment...
SH*T, I was looking forward to this. I'm not going to trust this review just yet, I want to keep the faith...
WTF, this is NOT a piece about "Why Insomniac Games Wants to Stay Independent", it's one guy's own ramblings under the guise of a misleading title.
Try to get an interview next time, eh?
No one was talking about any of those elements. Jaffe was only talking about the tank scene. Don't forget that he's admitted to--gasp!--actually playing and enjoying previous Battlefield games.
That's what I love about Jaffe... agree with him or not, he's some potent chlorine in the journalistic gene-pool.
He was referring specifically to ONE scene in the tank where it didn't even look like the tank was steerable. He clearly stated that was all he was referring to when he made the Battlezone HD comment.
You haven't read his comments closely or thoroughly enough. But hey, if you love jumping to conclusions and succumbing to fan-fever, I hear there are some street riots your mob-mentality would love.
Mr. Nate S has to learn reading comprehension. I read the original Jaffe statements already and he's not slamming BF3 at all. (They're even posted in this trash piece -- some people should really read them instead of just the anti-Jaffe rant.) Nate S. comes across as a butthurt fanboy. Pixel Apocalypse fails again to 'get it'.
Jaffe's the first to admit he can be a shit, but this whole BF3 comment has been blown way out of proportion.
The Mandala system pioneered this sort of interaction on the Amiga via the Genlock device back in the late '80s. I know because I was an Amiga rep.
Kinect and Move are just the evolution of this technology.
Graphics aren't everything, my friend.
"And we let you drop buildings from space. "
Case closed. :) I f'ing love it.
KAIN!!!!!
I wonder if it's based on this technology:

I'd love to see that incorporated properly into the PS4 OS. ;)
So... you can molest a horse... on rails?
What a rambling bunch of nonsense. The piece really didn't say anything coherent. I kept looking for the page navigation to read the rest.
